Arrived promptly, and was professional, but on the curt side. He spent about an hour total (including set up) which accounts for my thinking that the price was on the high side. He said the carpet would dry in about 6 hours, but it was closer to 9 or 10 hours.

Arrived on time. actually early. Very friendly and professional. Got right to work and was finished in no time. Amazing results. Would recommend to any and all.

They did an excellent job and were able to get one carpet that was extremely dirty clean and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The serviceman called ahead and arrived right on time. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He got the job done within the estimated timeframe and did a GREAT job! He was very respectful of my home and my time. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Due to a negative experience with another carpet cleaning company, I was nervous about who to use and was reluctant to get the job done. Our white berber rugs hadn't been cleaned in approximately 10 years and they were pretty dirty! Capri Carpet Care quoted $150 which I thought was reasonable. I needed to change the appointment twice due to weather and they were very accommodating. Alan came out at the appointed time and expertly removed the rugs from under the furniture and single-handedly carried them out to our driveway.
Since the rugs hadn't been cleaned in so long, it took a long time to clean them to Alan's satisfaction. He said that they should have charged more, but he said that he always sticks to his word.
The rugs turned out surprisingly good and I was very pleased with the service. I will definitely call them again.

went great - carpet is clean. Only concern I had was that it was a truck mounted cleaning system, which would ordinarily be fine, but our association doesn't allow trucks in the gates. It was a small truck so it got in OK and no one complained.

Overall, it went very well. As for the carpet cleaning, I would have been disappointed had he not prepared me before he started. The soiled spot (mildly) looks fine from one direction, but it still looks soiled (mildly) from the other direction. He explained that is because how the carpet is laid. So, when it was done, I knew what to expect. I think that's a good practice.
Patches were done so well, unless someone points out to you exactly where, you will not see it. Even when you know where, it is hardly recognizable.
I am very happy with the result. I will most certainly use them again and will recommend to my friends with no hesitation.

Called when he was going to be 10 minutes late due to his sprayer broke and had to replace at Loews. Took an hour and half to clean rugs. They look great. Scheduled return visit in August for touch-up prior to party.

We had many area rugs that hadn't been cleaned in years. Alan came out quickly gave us an estimate and had them back in a few days. Great company!

The technician (Terry) arrived 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He introduced himself and I showed him what rooms and items needed to be cleaned. He then began setting up his equipment and began pre-treating the carpets, area rugs and recliner. Once he began cleaning the carpets, area rugs and recliner, he was completey finished in 1 hour. His work was done in a smooth, methodical and professional manner.

I had Capri in before I joined Angie's List back in April 2011. I had just purchased a 37 year old condo that had the original carpet that was in desperate need of cleaning. They were punctual, fast, and did the entire place (living room, hall, 2 bedrooms) at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use them again.

The price seemed reasonable for the last job. We had a positive experience with them. The work done was good. They were responsive as well as punctual.

It took them two or three hours to clean. The experience went very well. The carpets are in good shape. I feel the price was fair. The professionalism and courtesy was fine.

Initial call setup was very professional. Worker arrived promptly and clearly knew what he was doing. Sofa looks like new!

Capri was quick and did a great job but left missing one of the closets and a pet stain. I called them back and they were very gracious about coming back at no charge to do the closet and treat the stain. The stain still did not come out, however, so they needed to come out a third time to replace the spot with a clean patch. Now you can't tell that a pet stain was ever there! I appreciated their politeness and promptness. The only drawback was that the carpet repair was quoted at $10 less over the phone than what they charged me on site, but I didn't complain because they gave me carpet repair advice probably worth more than the 10 bucks.

The service was scheduled within a week and they arrived promptly. I was satisfied with the work - this old carpet looks better than I thought it could. They offered to provide carpet stretching services and to return to treat any stubborn stains, although I have not scheduled either service yet. The price was slightly higher than quoted due to the size of my dressing area, which seemed fair.
