Responsive, courteous, and efficient. To be determined if repairs worked but AAR took on a difficult job and warrantied it.

The overall installation went fine. I asked for Above All to acquire a permit from the county and they said they would but it would â cost me time and money.â They informed me they would be starting work at 7:30 am. He said I would have a contract by 6:00 PM the night before. I received a contract at approximately 9:30 AM the morning the project began -2 hours into their work. Surprisingly, the contract did not include extra cost for the permit, which leads me to believe that a permit is required but some vendors will cut corners and save themselves money. They were prompt. They were able to take down the old roof and put on a new roof in two days and were able to do so immediately as opposed to other contractors that would take three days and not be immediate. We were also doing drywall repair on the ceiling simultaneously. The movement from the work above left black tar/dirt all over our carpet that we were responsible for cleaning. The contract, which, again, I did not receive until work had already begun, said the payment was due immediately upon completion and upon inspecting the work I noticed that there was black tar that dropped over the fascia. Our drywall installer also noted that the roof work caused the nails in our ceiling drywall to protrude. This creates more drywall work complicating our budget. When I met with the representative to pay and request that the job be completed. The representative made it obvious to me that he was annoyed he had to â waitâ until our agreed-upon time once he discovered I had been at the house earlier on in the day.

Many delays but that was because of all of the rain

Jesse, the owner, was very prompt in setting up the job. I called on Weds. & they arrived promptly on Thursday & finished on Friday to beat the weekend rain. Oscar & his crew took pictures of my roof damage & discussed every step. I had a 42 x6 area repaired on my roof (including replacement of plywood, underlayment, tar paper, reinstall existing tiles.) Fascia replaced. Flashing fixed around chimney & skylight. They cleaned up their mess both days. It s a great family owned business. They are honest & have a lot of integrity in their work. I highly recommend them!

Jesse was on time and brought his crew to repair my roof within hours of me calling him which I am thankful for since it rained right after the job was done and I have no more leak in my home.

They came out and fixed my leaking roof on a Sunday in the rain. Charged a fair price as well.

They were very professional, curteous and responsive to our needs and performed the roofing repairs quickly before several major storms arrived. We were pleased with the work done and would use this company again in the future should a need arrive.

Once the crew did the repair and were paid, a couple of days later, the roof leak exactly at the same spot started. They never even sent me a contract, work order or invoice. The business owner just contacted me, responded to my complaint and identified the main leak cause and spot. They re repaired it at no cost. I appreciate his professionalism and care to work harder to fix the leak. He took time to explain the situation. I am convinced that they were not at fault first time around and Jesse kept his promise.

Jesse responded quickly to our call. They came out and looked at our roof in the rain on Super Bowl Sunday. He offered a 5-year guarantee on the work which was a pleasant surprise. The materials he used were an upgrade from the original roof. If we're still here in 10 years we will definitely go with Above All to do a complete re-roofing. We asked for a few extra business cards as a few neighbors were interested in their services. Would definitely recommend.
