Due to some peculiarities and equipment isses, they came out at least 3 separate times to troubleshoot. This inlcuded a burined out Insteon controller, that they replaced for free. There were no unexpected charges, all work ws completed as promised, and the installer was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. This outfit knows as much about home atuomation as anyone I have run in to, and I would recommend them for any home automation job.
