Abdul came promptly as scheduled. Diagnosed problem in a few minutes, fixed fridge in a few minutes. He was courteous and professional and explained what he had to do to fix the problem.

Starting emailing with Debra regarding what I was looking for and she informed me she was going to be out of town, that Bill would be able to help me. I emailed them the list of items I wanted and within a day, I had availability and pricing. During the process I changed the configuration on one of the items and Bill informed me he had a new one that was last years model and if I wanted that instead, he could save me $300. When I needed to set up the delivery for a few of the items instead of the entire order. Bill said no problem and didn't charge me.

These guys were great.

 

I have purchased several appliances from WAADT over the years - to include a refrigerator, washer and dryer - so it was a natural choice to return to them when I needed to replace an old cooktop, hood and wall oven.  I arrived at the store and spoke with Cesar, who was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right appliances to meet the needs and space allotment for my rental property.

Before long, the paperwork was completed, signed and dated with plans for Larry (their installer) to arrive about one week later to install the new appliances and haul away the old ones.

Larry was a pleasure to work with and got the job done efficiently and effectively in a short period of time.

There is a reason that I, and others, keep returning to WAADT for our appliance needs - and quality service with a smile is just one of them! 

The guy who comes out is Danny. He is the best. He is kind and prompt. Sometimes, it has been such a minor thing that he has not even charged me. He just says that he will take care of it. They are so wonderful and reasonable, so I have used them for years. I continue to go there and buy all my appliances because they have been so good. They are knowledgeable. They listen to me. They are honest, and they keep the appointments. They do the job. They are just perfect. I'm still pleased with them. I bought a refrigerator from them around years ago.

Danny was on time, courteous and very professional. He diagnosed the problem, initially due to his knowledge and experience. It was a painless experience and I recommend them highly.

I had read many positive reviews of this store on another site. Went in and from start to finish had a great experience. The salesman was professional, prices were good, transaction went quickly, delivery was smooth, etc. The only complaint I would have is that they only had three microwaves, so I bought mine somewhere else where there was a larger selection. I would suggest customers research current prices on appliances before going to this store so you are educated before you go in and can quickly decide if their prices are fair.

I paid a delivery and an installation fee, but I don’t remember what it was. They had really good prices on the appliance and were very knowledgeable about them. I had my heart set on a real high-end one and the guy said to me that they have done in house testing and that I don’t need to spend that much money.

The repairman had to come out three times, as there were 3 different things that could have gone wrong with the ice maker. However, they didn't charge extra and they came out quickly. Overall, they were easy to work with, and I would use them again.

Completely perfect. I had called several companies and even had one guy out - they all hemmed and hawed and the guy who came out said Viking Ranges do not have adjustable feet! (I looked up the installation manual online - they do.) So then I called Waadt Appliance. Immediately they said, "No problem," and said they'd page their appliance installation guy, Larry, and have him call me. He called back within 10 minutes. I explained what I needed and he said fine, and told me there was an $89 service call fee that would be applied to the work performed. I sad, "Wait though - is it something you believe you can do? Are the feet adjustable?" He said 'Yes - I wouldn't come out unless I thought I could help you. I don't work that way." We set a time for Saturday and he called me around 8am and told me what time he would arrive. He was precisely on time, and brought along Mario to help. They were very nice and easygoing. (I get a little tired of workers who arrive and complain about the traffic in the Hollywood HIlls or my house's stairs - they only seemed ready to fix the problem!) They lifted the stove and adjusted it, using a level, until it was right. But then I saw that my tile wasn't quite straight, so they readjusted it to the tile. Then I saw that it made the cupboard look crooked, so they readjusted it back the way it was - all without one word of complaint! They made sure I was happy and it was a very smooth transaction - 100% professional and pleasant. Thank you!!

They were absolutely great. They came out and fixed my washing machine. They were always on time. He brought all the parts that he needed with him so he didn t have to come back. It was a no hassle job. His price was very reasonable. I couldn t be more pleased, and I will continue to use them in the future.

I called them after having a bad experience with another company. They (Waadt) were awesome! Great customer service on the phone and with the repairman. He arrived on time, was very professional, had knowledge of the oven and its parts. He listened to me and diagnosed the problem. He decided to find out if parts were still available before attempting a repair. He left and didn't charge me for the visit and said he would get back to me, which he did!! With such a great level of customer service and knowledgeable repairmen, I would definitely use them again and buy my next appliances from them!!

It went very well. They came for repair, but bought a new one. Picked out the dishwasher I wanted and they came back and installed a week later. Fast and quick. While there, he also fixed a gas burner on my stove at no extra charge.

DANNY RETURNED MY INITIAL CALL PROMPTLY AND ASKED ME TO DESCRIBE MY PROBLEM. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND EVEN QUOTED ME THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE. WE SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND HONEST. I'M VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.

THE SERVICE PERSON SHOWED UP RIGHT ON TIME AND FOUND THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. I WAS LUCKY BECAUSE HE HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK AND WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM RIGHT THEN AND THERE.
