Taxi this is not -- no license was visible, totally unprofessional, just some guy with a car and a phone, came to the wrong street, kind of scary. Would not recommend this service unless you are okay with just anyone driving you around.

"United Taxi is the largest taxi company in the San Fernando Valley with over 100 cabs. Please check the number you called. All of our cabs and drivers are licensed by the LA DOT. There is a round city seal on both front doors."

I made the appointment by telephone; the operator was polite and professional. They even called back to confirm the details and to let me know they had it on the schedule. The driver was on time (early, in fact - important when you are catching a plane) professional, and the car was clean. I would use their service again.

It went very well going to my destination, but of course, getting a cab going home in the SFV on New years Eve was challenging, but hey, this is Los Angeles, not New York! I've used them on other days too and they have been very responsive showing up at the end of the night too.

The company was efficient in taking my information. They called to alert me when the driver was there. It was an early 4 AM pickup. The driver was very courteous and asked me for my preferred route. He was a good driver and drove me in very good time. I would use this company whenever I needed a taxi.

I HAD TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO A DOCTOR ON VERY SHORT NOTICE. ALL FAMILY CARS WERE ELSEWHERE SO I CALLED UNITED. THE DRIVER WAS VERY PLEASANT, HE FOUND VERY SLICK WAYS OF GETTING ACROSS THE VALLEY IN RECORD TIME AND RETURNED WHEN I CALLED HIM DIRECTLY.
