We can't speak highly enough on Sky renovation & new construction. My husband and I have been undergoing a complete kitchen remodel and after speaking with 5 reputable designers we decided to go with this company. It was the best decision we could have made! The team were responsive, professional, helped explain their process step by step. They were also able to work quickly and within our aggressive timeline. The only "even better if" would have been Sky renovation & new construction giving us a more realistic estimate of total project budget based on the design outcome, but at the end of the day we were responsible for managing budget and SKY was only hired to help with design services. We recently had a major remodel by Sky Renovation and New Construction . We are thrilled with the results. Ian and Natalie were easy to work with and helpful with suggestions. The quality of work is excellent and the project was completed within the time frame that was promised. It was nice that the same crew came out each day, so there were familiar faces working on our home. The team lead gave us his phone number for questions or concerns. He was responsive and resolved any issues we had. We would not hesitate to use them again. We would recommend them to others.

We worked with one of their designers who provided an amazing new design/layout for our kitchen, laundry room and master bath. We fell in love with mahogany wood for our cabinets and Sky renovation & new construction helped us create a design around that choice. The quality of our cabinets is so high plus the function is wonderful. The install was professionally done and they worked with us to resolve some color issues that showed up in the natural wood. We love the results. We are very happy.

I can't rave enough about Sky Renovation! The work that they did in our apartment was absolutely perfect - nothing was a problem, They were punctual, knows everything there is to know about construction from plumbing and electricity to tile laying. The tile we chose was difficult to lay but John did an incredible job with every detail taken care of, removing the toilet, caulking the sides and even selecting the perfect color grout for the tile. Then, because the staff is so much MORE than a tile layer, he mentioned he could change out our fixtures, install a new light, install our new toilet and he did all of this for us efficiently and perfectly. Ian does not rush his jobs - he really cares and has a great aesthetic (which is not the norm for contractors) and understands how everything needs to come together. He'll go to the hardware store or home depot to get specific parts if needed all with good cheer. Also he is meticulous and cleans up everything so there is no mess at all. We are now going to redo our kitchen in the coming months and we are SO SO happy we now have a trained professional to go to that can do everything that we need. I can't recommend Sky Renovation & New Construction enough. You will be very happy!

Sky Renovation team was amazing to work with. Ian came to our home and discussed the project (a bathroom remodel). There was quick and thorough follow-up. We went through the selection of finishes and such, and they really helped us to find the best materials. Everyone that we came in contact with was nice and professional and very knowledgeable. The crew who did the actual work was great too. They finished on time and did not disturb us much while the work was happening. I would recommend them to anyone.

In all of our remodeling experience over the years, we have never had a company that proved to be dependable, reliable, and efficient until hiring Sky Renovation. As a home owner, our biggest fear if being sold a story that does not deliver. Ian and his team can forever make that a nightmare of the past. I have called on the guys of Sky Renovation a few months ago for designing the second floor. I reside with my family in Woodland Hills and with the passing of time I realized for expanding the layer above the first floor. I have heard a lot about these guys from my neighbors who were truly pleased with their service. After hiring Ian and his team, I truly was pleased with the quality of their work and the level of professionalism. Aja was always keeping me updated on the progress and answered all of my questions. Now, I got my second floor designed as I have imagined thanks to Sky Renovation.

Needed some dramatic changes in the bathroom of my house. This is a costly job I know and I was looking for a reliable group of people in Los Angeles. I didn't want my investment to go in vain. It's a tricky business somehow, I could manage things with the help of Sky Renovation. Great people to work with and the guys are skilled. I liked that. Dealing with them for the first few days, I knew my money is in safe hands. I would recommend them for any remodeling job. I liked their response, thumbs up from me!

Sky Renovation did an amazing job with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Ian for an initial meeting at our home, he was patient and very professional. He is extremely responsible, he replies to our email within a couple hours. He offers his expertise and explains our concerns to make sure we understand all the details. We picked out materials together, went through the drawings with us and answered all of our questions. The crew from Sky Renovation is responsible and they were very professional from the very beginning. Aja gave us regular updates and provided realistic timeline so that we could better plan our short term housing. We are very glad that we went with Sky Renovation. We met with at least five remodeling companies in LA and eventually decided to go with Sky Renovation. We are now enjoying our new home and definitely love our new kitchen and bathroom very much!

Sky Renovation and new construction are true professionals in every aspect of work. They recently remodeled our kitchen and we wanted combination of modern and classic look so not simple task but remodeled kitchen looks just as we wished it will look like, even better. We needed outdoor kitchen build and started to looking for reliable contractor for that job. We found 3 good offers and decided to go with Sky Renovation & New Construction and decided factor was most detailed project and very reasonable price. From start to finished we didn't had single complaint about their work. They were quick, well organized, professional and helpful. The project was finished within scheduled time and there was not some extra costs. The quality of work they did is superb, top contractor, highly recommended!

When the guys that did our bathroom bombed out on the kitchen project we went to HomeAdvisor for referrals. So fortunate to have found Ian, Ron and Aja at Sky. We'd already gotten renderings and plans from the best in Orange County and our local vicinity. It took the pros at Sky to design and create what ended up being a stunning kitchen more magnificent than the model homes we recently toured to get ideas. It's unfortunate that we can't post before and after pictures. They'd take your breath away. THANK YOU Sky Renovation!!! Highly recommended.

I am so pleased with the work that Sky Renovation did on my home. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. My project manager was Ian and he was with me from the beginning to the end answering all questions and communicating with me on all aspects of the job. I was expecting this process to be hard and confusing but I think my choice of going with Sky Renovation was the best thing I could have done. I highly recommend Sky Renovation and their whole team and will be using them in the future for my other projexts!

Ron Zagury and his crew from Sky Renovations did an excellent job on a remodeling project at my home in Oct 2017. I was always kept informed on what was going to be happening each day, plus is was easy to communicate with Ron if I had a question through texting and phone calls. The whole team was courteous, respectful of our living space and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I would highly recommend Sky Renovation for any work that needs to be done, esp if Ron Zagury is in charge!

STOP!!!!! UPDATE 8-16-18 Don't trust the "Helpful votes" for positive reviews. Do your homework and ask for the SCLB Identification for and from Eyal Ian Levy before doing business. This company is Prime Home Remodeling dba as Sky Renovation and New Construction. Don't be fooled by the smiles...in the end, you will find out that this company; Ian Levy, is rude with bully tendencies. They DID NOT provide a worksite foreman and only partially manage the work being done. I had to act as the foreman of my own project at almost $100,000..WHY!!! For that money, he should have had a site foreman daily and attention to the quality of the work being done. Instead every day I came home from work, sometimes during the day, I had to have mistakes and poor workmanship corrected. His workers smoke and throw cigarette butts around the property and often shortcut details. Make sure to take pictures of everything and every part of your project before you let them start any work because when you find something wrong, broken or unfinished your response will be, "Not my problem", "What do you want me to do", "it will cost you more money", "it was that way already". First Red Flag that I ignored because Ian came across as trustworthy was he offered a bid for the interior project solely based on what I wanted to be done and his visual oversight without inspection. He never looked at the existing wiring, only looked at the roof from the ground, didn't check subfloor conditions, didn't check for potential issues and only waited to find them before complaining about the extra cost to him to fix. Demanded final payment with threats of liens and lawyers before even checking to ensure the permits were finalized by the city. So if you want smiles, lies and unskilled workers that you could find at Home Depot working on your property, go ahead and hire them. I'm still scared my roof could come crashing down, and now my central air heater has a disconnected air tube I have to have someone come and fix. I have exposed nails now rusted hanging down below the eaves around the garage and house from the roofing job which Ian told me, "What do you want me to do", "Stop being cheap and fix your house and cover the eaves". Looking at these reviews they were small projects compared to mine which was a complete gut job of half the house removing a load bearing wall and chimney and the modification and support of another load bearing wall along with a complete install of a full kitchen with all electrical work done for the installation of all requiring wiring and finally the installation of LED lights in over 1000 sq feet of ceiling and a complete removal of the entire roof from the house and garage and reinstallation of new material. Now I have lots of headaches to deal with to make the repairs due to poor workmanship.The sub-contracted roof installers damaged the attic insulation following the roof demolish; now which has to be completely replaced along with central heating ducts that

We want to share our nightmare with my bathroom renovation that was done by Sky Renovation. We had contracted with SKY RENOVATION for our bathroom renovation on July 12. They left all job to their subcontractor, and the demotion began on July 18, On August 20, SKY terminated this subcontractor due to the license suspension from the State License Board. The subcontractor had been claimed from his past clients about job abandonment and poor workmanship. After their termination, job was taken over by the SKY's workers and had been completed on August 25. Here are the issues we got from this renovation. 1. Their subcontractor suddenly came to our house, and threaten my wife and told her to pay $4,000 which is he claimed unpaid from SKY. He said if we don't pay him $4,000, he would put a lien on the house and would foreclose it. 2. Toilet flush hot water.: They have connected hot water to the toilet. 3. Shower has no water.: They have connected two water lines to the shower. 4. Main sewer line had been clog. : A concrete plaster clogged at the underground sewer pipe. (could be from the demolition,) 5. Bathtub drain pipe have been installed improperly. : Some part of the drain pipe were lower than the other、 dirty water would be remain there and could be stink later. 6. Toilet drain pipe have been installed improperly: Toilet drain pipe is too short from the wall, thereby, the drain pipe was bent and twisted. A few of issue were already fixed by them, however, many of those are not handled by them yet. We have selected them because of their high review rate, but I cannot agree with them. We are very disappointed and are regretting our bad choice

This is hard because they haven't done any work yet. Ron Zagury did a great job with his 3-D rendering and seem willing to work within our budget for this renovation. Looking forward to demolition and getting our "dream bathroom" completed.

It was a relatively small job, but the company treated us like V.I.P.s. Tomas saw our project through from beginning to completion and was very accessible every step of the way.

We have a big kitchen measuring almost 80 linear feet. Because previous bad experience with another contractor( for another job), we were very nervous about making the same mistake again. Our anxiety was immediately relieved when we met Tomas Rose for the very first time. He left a very strong first impression. He is not like a typical sales person at all. He wasn't pushy at all which is almost unheard of. Talking about the job itself - These are great bunch of guys who show up on time every single day ! They clean up after they are done. They took care of every single concern we had. The project was done on time and within our budget. I would say that they are probably not the cheapest in the town but we feel that they are reasonably priced. And the quality of service and the work they did, speaks for itself. I would highly recommend them without any reservations to anyone who is looking to renovate a kitchen ( or any other room for that matter). Talk to Tomas Rose. He is a good guy who gets things done.

Would award more stars if available. Cannot say enough about Sky Renovation contractor Ron Zagury and his crew and the job they did replacing kitchen floor and renovating a bathroom. The crew was prompt, professional and polite. They put in a full day's work every day and cleaned up every night before leaving. Ron went above and beyond to insure that our projects were completed to our satisfaction on budget and on time. He also saw to it that any additional issues we were experiencing were addressed quickly and at no extra cost to us. Love the new porcelain tile floors and glass shower! We couldn't be happier with the end results and would definitely hire Ron and Sky Renovation for any future projects.

Worked hard to correct mistakes and gain my favor but lacked supervision of subs. Errors could have been prevented if supervisors had better communication with workers and actually inspected their work.
