Reliable Roofing

Two big issues arose: 1. When project manager showed up to show off the completed roof, I noticed that it was not the roof I ordered. I had paid for an upgraded roof that had ventilation all along the top roof line as we always had an issue of attic being very hot. Upon inspection, he saw that I was right. They fixed it. They also installed a solar fan up in attic. However, everyone going up in attic mentioned how hot it was up there. I pushed the issue and company agreed to install 2 gable fans for free if I paid for the cost of the fans. I agreed to that. 2nd Issue: After about a year, a chunk of ceiling drywall fell in garage onto my hot water heater in garage. When I looked up into the hole, I could see daylight! One of the ducts out to the roof was never sealed! So, water could leak in. I now have rot on much of the wood in garage. Is it from the leak? I don't know. The company did come out and seal duct and repair the drywall above the water heater.

Terrible customer service

Disappointing to say the least, 1 1/2 years ago spent $41k on a roof, today, my kitchen is not usable because the leak from the roof has left 1/2 inch of water all over my $6700 KitchenAid oven and spilled all over the floor, I called TWO times, ZERO response! This is unprofessional, bad business and a complete F K N rip-off, SHAME on you reliable roofing, now I know why you have so many shitty reviews because your policy is => F over the customer as soon as you take their money, I also referred someone and was supposed to get a chack for a referral, do you think that happened? NO!!! Save your money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They should be out of business because ALL they do is F you every chance they get! STAY AWAY, RUN FROM UN-RELIABLE SHITROOFING

The job was done really fast. They cleaned everything up after. The price was ok, and I had to do a lot of negotiations to get to the right price point, but overall, I'm happy!

EDDIE IS AMAZING! He is the person you definitely want to go to at Reliable Roofing. He was very kind, informative, communicative, and supportive throughout the whole profess. He sat me down and answered all questions I had for further clarification. He made me feel so comfortable and reassured. My house looks great, and I am extremely impressed with Eddie's commitment and professionalism.

They are the best at what they do. I love my skylights and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install skylights. They donâ t take chances, and are thorough in whatever job they take.
