I was having an issue with my refrigerator... thinking it was on it's last legs. I call Lerman Appliance and there were terrific. Scheduled an appointment for the following day at a time that really worked with my hectic schedule. Showed up exactly on time. Was courteous and found the problem that was just a matter of getting a new gage.

Had washing machine that was retaining water. Call Lerman's but did not leave message. Half hour later, received call from them that they'd received a call. Shows attention to service. Came out same day (Sunday) and were able to diagnose problem quickly. Very professional and reasonably priced. Prompt and knowledgeable.

I called on a Saturday and was impressed that I was scheduled for an appointment two days later on a holiday no less! Vitaly was punctual, professional, was able to identify the issue quickly, and was thorough. Will definitely use them again.

Called Lerman Appliances late Thursday afternoon because the oven was beeping very frequently and turning itself off intermittently. Vitaly's sons came the next day to diagnose the problem which they did. A new circuit board was ordered and arrived on Tuesday 5/18 and was installed by Vitaly on Wednesday. The oven is now fully functional. All contact with Lerman Appliance Repair was pleasant, punctual and professional. I have used them previously for refrigerator repair and was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again

Of all the companies i have used from angie;s list in teh past 3 years, I can say without reservation that Lerman appliacnes is the best company. Both Ellia and Val are terrific. They were punctual, thourough, and efficient. They closed examined the components of the washing machine, to make sure they made the correct diagnose of the problem. I will absoutly use Lerman appliacne in the future. Two thumbs up!

He was prompt and was able to give me an estimate on the phone that he stuck to. He cleaned up after himself. This company also gives you a one year guarantee on parts and service. Most places will not do that.

It went well overall. The only thing that bugs me is when people don't put things back where they found them ;)

It went great. called mid day on a saturday and he arrived super fast and took care of the problem immediately. I would highly recommend Lerman to anyone. They're knowledgeable and professional, they care, and they're budget minded. Excellent job.

I called on a Wednesday evening and they arranged to have a repair person at my house the next day at 8 am. The repair man arrived on time, was professional, gave me an estimate and fixed my ice maker all within an hour. Total cost was under $200, including parts and labor. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Although the technician was a bit late for the initial visit, due to rush hour traffic, he was early for the followup visit. He seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. The price seemed fair, although we did consider just buying a new oven for a bit more. We haven't had any problems with the oven since the repair.

He was fantastic. He came the same day, he gave me an accurate quote, he was fast and efficient, and I was very happy with him. The part was pretty expensive.

He didn't do the work because the work was more expensive than getting a new washing machine. He was great. He even fixed something for free so we could use the machine before we bought a new one.

They did okay so far. It was squeaking a lot, then it was just squeaking a little bit for a little while, but I'm waiting to see how long that will last. They indicated it had a warranty for a year.

He was a very great guy. I offered him more money and he said no that was his service charge to see if the stove was normal. He was really good and a very honest guy.

Great. This guy is quick, punctual and honest. And does great work. Matched price of another plumber with no problem.

Just great. Called at 5:30pm, they arrived at 6:15pm, work was completed within an hour. Technician was friendly and showed me what he was doing throughout the process. I will happily call them again next time I need something fixed.

When we went to run the washing machine, water appeared underneath. We didn't know if it had a leak or if the water was spraying out over the tub part. He came and checked the washing machine and determined that the water must have sprayed over the top. He filled it a couple of times to be sure. He then checked everything and let us know that the hoses were very worn. We decided to have them replaced since we knew that they hadn't been replaced recently. He replaced the hoses and re-checked the machine again. He also noted that the faucet part needed to be checked by a plumber and suggested we have someone come to check it. He arrived on time and was very professional. We were very pleased with the service and would use them again.

The adjustments he made still seem to be working and the price was reasonable. He is going to keep in touch and come back again when he finds the right parts. He knew what he was doing.

I called at 1:30 PM, Vitality was at our home by 2:30 PM. He worked on the dryer for about 45 minutes and realized he would need to pick up a new computer board for it. He found the part in Santa Clarita and ran up there (we live in Sherman Oaks) to pick it up before they closed. He returned an hour later and finished the work an hour after that. I am so grateful he worked so hard to fix it same day, I will definitely be using him and his company for any future appliance repairs. He also honored their 20% off coupon for Angies List members.

I called and Vitally answered all my questions over the phone. He was very polite and patient. Some companies would not even bother giving you a diagnosis and estimate over the phone. He came the next day and diagnosed the problem in five minutes. His repair charge was in line with what he told me over the phone. He completed the repair within 20 minutes.

The leak from my washing machine was related to my plumbing being backed up. The tech, did a complete check on my machines and found that the water was leaking from the drain pipe which is a little backed up. Since the tech was here, I had him change out my water lines/hoses for the hot and cold water.

Vitaliy was very polite, professional and courteous. He arrived earlier after calling to confirm it was okay. The problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed quickly. He was at my home for about 35 minutes in total. Overall I was very pleased and would use him again, hopefully I won't have to!

Our 20 year old clothes dryer stopped working. I called Lerman Applicances on a Monday and made an appointment with Vitaliy Lerman for Thursday afternoon. Wednesday morning, I had some free time and called to see if the appointment could be changed. Vitaliy was at my home within one hour. He diagnosed the problem (a bad thermostat) and replaced the part. He also clean and vacuumed the back of the dryer and the floor. He helped me replace the louvered door in front of the dryer. Vitaliy was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will use his services again.
