Insulation labs is the company most customer focussed I have had in my 83 years. Very responsible,friendly and eager to address successfully any confusion and/ or misunderstanding in the execution of a job contract. I will always use Insulation labs for any work they perform. I want to commend the Insulation labs chairman, Angel, for his integrity, commitment to serve the customer, friendliness, and honesty. I wished we had people like in other business and politics. Overall Insulation Labs did an excellent job of installing insulation in the walls of my home. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they do not patch the 150+ holes in the outside walls. This was clearly stated before the work began. To get 5 stars Insulation Labs would need to also patch the holes instead of having the customer find another contractor to finish the job. I would still use them the next time I need insulation installed.

Were prompt and didn't require oversight. Only issue was that I needed to call to request the certificate of completion afterwards, but it was promptly supplied within minutes of calling.

I needed the garage attic insulated and replacement of some damaged insulation. Insulation Labs was one of three companies who responded to my request through Angi. I was completely satisfied with this company from start to finish. The representative showed up on time to review the project and gave me a quote by the end of the day. While I had read some of the reviews that this company was a little more expensive, I did not find this to be the case. They actually came in much lower than the other two bids I received. I accepted their bid and fortunately for me they had a cancellation and were able to come out the next day. The installation crew showed up on time and completed the work in 3 hours. The work was excellent with a spotless cleanup when finished. I would recommend this company for any work they perform.
