The scheduler suggested Pete would be best for this job since he had extensive experience with American Standard fixtures. Pete was on-time and inspected the situation. He suggested that he return with a helper due to the fact that the fixture was very heavy and it had to be completely removed from the wall mount. He recognized the value of the antique tile and wall paper surrounding the toilet and wanted to protect everything from potential damage. We re-scheduled. He returned(on-time)with a helper and the job was completed as discussed. They did an immaculate clean-up upon completion of the job. This is the first time I used this company. I highly recommend them.

After another plumber diagnosed the problem as a defective valve and quoted me $650 to break into the wall and replace the valve, I decided to get a second opinion. Called Fred Morrow but did not tell them about the other plumber's diagnosis or estimate. The plumber from Fred Morrow arrived right on the dot, determined the drip was due to a bad washer and replaced it within 30 minutes. Needless to say, Fred Morrow is now my new plumber.

Everything about the experience was positive. They came the next day, they did a great job and did it correctly. They were professional and the clean-up was good. I was very comfortable having them in my house.

Gave a competitive estimate.. Did the whole job in an incredibly professional way. Finished on schedule and stayed on price.

They are a little expensive but they are very worth it. They were creative in solving a moisture problem, they gave me ideas and they were efficient. In fact, I have a faucet for another sink, and they are coming back to do that for me. They are honest too because I asked about me buying the faucet vs. them buying the faucet and he said that if you went to a couple places you could get a better price than what they could give me. They were timely. I wouldn't call them inexpensive, but as plumbers go, coming out and trouble shooting and knowing what you are doing is a valuable thing and not wasting time. They were very efficient. With the price, I do think they are fair even though, they do charge a travel fee because they come from the Valley.

From the office lady's kind help and knowledge of plumbing problems, to her sincere interest to help us in our plight....the Fred Morrow Plumbing folks acted totally professionally and with our needs foremost in their minds. We have, at last, found our permanent plumber in whom we can trust for professional work, courtesy, and fair prices.

The job was small. They were punctual. They showed up when they were supposed to. They gave me an estimate and stuck to that amount. The job went fine. I would use them again for work.

Arrived right on time as requested since a family member is bed ridden and needs access to shower and other facilities...cleared and was gone within the hour with work warranteed...pleasant, to the point and got the job done.

They are really prompt, really honest, and really fair.

Working on setting up the appointment went easily and professionally until the day before the plumber(s) was set to show up. They called and wanted to change the appointment time to a time that wasn't good for me, and generally wasted my time on the phone. We found a time that worked for us all and then the plumber and his assistant (which no one bothered to tell me about) showed up one minute before the two hour window. Admittedly, I was not happy when they showed up at the very last minute, but truly, I was taken aback by the unbelievably rude and angry attitude of the plumber. It was a really unpleasant experience and I will not use the company again.

They arrived on time their prices were competitive. They were just a real pleasure to work with. I would recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Our master shower had been draining slowly for about a week. Then one morning the shower would hardly drain at all and the guest toilet overflowed. I called Fred Morrow Plumbing that morning and they made arrangements to come out that same afternoon. They called when they were on their way, arrived promptly, were courteous, and completed the work very quickly.

He was very good, he was very prompt, he was very courteous and he was very punctual. He noticed what the problem was very quickly and he did the work needed to correct the problem.

Went very well. Couldn't have been better.

Whole process was great. Couldn't say more good things. Will definately become our permanent plumbers.

I was disappointed that my garbage disposal was beyond repair, but I knew it was very old and had been repaired before, so I trusted the plumber when he said I needed a new one. The one he installed seems to be very high quality, and I believe the price was fair. He also told me that I could shop for my own disposal if I wished and he would install what I bought so I didn't feel pressured to buy from him. I thought I had a leaky kitchen faucet, but the plumber said it was fine and that the pressure regulator was badly degraded and so excess pressure was building up and causing the leak. He didn't have the part necessary, but ordered one for the next business day and didn't charge me for an extra service call to install it. He was a very pleasant person, and I'm happy with the work done.

Very pleased. Water heater broke on a Saturday. We called Saturday late and somebody actually responded and had a plumber call us back, who told us that the owner, Mr. Morrow, would call us back on Sunday. On Sunday, Mr. Morrow called as promised and explained the costs, warranties, and types of water heater available and said he could send people to do the work on Monday morning. Although a little late (1/2 hr. past the time window), the plumbers showed up and did the work. Workers seemed efficient and professional. Will definitely call back for our future plumbing needs.

We had a burst pipe. Our usual plumber was on vacation. We found Fred Morrow plumbing on Angie's list. We placed our call on Sunday afternoon and they would have come the same day but we wanted to wait until Monday morning to avoid double charge. Fred Morrow called on Monday morning to get the details of the job. Tony came an hour and a half later as promised. He replaced the regulator valve on the outdoor plumbing. He also inspected our hot water heater and diagnosed a faulty thermocoupler. The hot water heater was under warranty. He was very thorough, he gave me the phone number to call and wrote down the serial number and any other numbers they might ask for and promised to return and install it when it arrived. We were very pleased with Tony and would be happy to use Fred Morrow Plumbing in the future.

I made an appointment and Stal showed up 45 min. early. His work was done with great skill and did not give up on old plumbing! He made all the repairs and clean-up. A GREAT JOB!!!

WOW! If I had to sum them up with one word that would be it! I spoke with the appointment setter in detail, about what I needed and within an hour & a 1/2 Fred Morrow himself called me to confirm the materials I had already purchased would be the correct models/sizes. I really liked it that he took the time to go over it with me before they came all the way out to do the job. They were very punctual, professional and polite. They were quite tidy in their work and cleaned up after themselves. They even had a tarp under their van in my driveway to make sure I didn't get any oil stains in my driveway (which is white stonework). Their crew foreman, Stahl, was extremely knowledgeable about the pros & cons to some other work I was considering for the future and took the time to answer all my questions. Super nice people! Fred Morrow called the next day to follow-up on their work and that we were happy with the completed job. We will definitely use their company again! Thanks guys!

Overall,it very well. I called them Monday and they sent Tony out Tuesday morning (and I think I could've had someone Monday, but I wasn't available). Tony was prompt and courteous. He briefly explained the issue and attempted to fix it. Less than an hour and $91 later he was on his way. Unfortunately that didn't do the trick 100%. I contacted Fred Morrow and they sent Tony back the very next day -- not only did he do the repair again at no cost he came by later to confirm that it was good that time. It has only been a couple of days, but so far no more problems!

He fixed everything to our satisfaction and charged less than non Angie's List Plumbers I was so happy to not be gouged by his prices. I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of.

It was an excellent experience. Stal was personable, knew his stuff, worked quickly and cleanly and was generous with advice and relevant comments. I asked for an estimate to change the water shut-off on my washer; Mr. Morrow called promptly with the information. Two weeks later Stal came back and did that. Again, I noticed a rotted pipe--the drain line--which was replaced. This job cost $318, more than anticipated because of the unexpected parts and labor. But I have confidence that the job was well done and was happy to pay for it.

He's great! He's the best plumber I've ever had! He's on time and he does quality work.

They were fantastic. I felt that their pricing was fair. He worked efficiently. The guy who came out was really nice and seemed to know what he was doing. He explained everything to me and the work he did was great. They were also very quick to schedule an appointment for us.
