They were professional and prompt and I thought the work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.
They tried to up sell me without much pressure on "bullet proofing" my chimney with some special coating inside, but when I questioned him and pushed back he quickly admitted I didn't need it. Almost like he had to ask if I wanted to, but wasn't going to push it.
The work they've done has held up beautifully and we now use our fireplace all the time as opposed to before when we never used it because it didn't work, vent properly.
Would 100% reccommend them.

I went to Angie?s List and found the CHIMNEY SWEEPER. I
called and they came out, did the inspection and told me I needed a little
repair done. They explained all of the work they would be doing and we set a
date.
They also put a percentage of the inspection fee toward the
repairs, which was an added bonus.
The gentlemen who came out were the same who did the
inspection, I was impressed. They replaced the old rebar expansion and repaired
the crown. They also gave me a new "hat" for the chimney.
The heat in the valley was in the 100's and they never
hesitated to get the job completed in a few hours. They were friendly, curious
and professional.
I would use the CHIMNEY SWEEPER again and recommend them
highly.
The service technician arrived 1-1/2 hours early, which was a pleasant surprise. He quickly got down to work, keeping the area clean. After he was done, he discussed the condition of the chimney in depth, which was very helpful. He discussed the use of real wood vs. Java logs (our favorite). Thankfully, I received no lecture about letting this maintenance go so long.
