We recently completed a second floor deck project on our home in Encinitas which included a full solid waterproof deck replacement, TimberTech, railing and other improvements. This project was made more challenging given the age of the home and state of some of the materials based on where we live closer to the ocean. Rob, Adam and team were incredible every step of the way, including communication and professionalism. They were able to work around challenges, come up with cost effective and creative solutions and generally keep us informed about the various parts of the projects as we moved along. They took extra measures to keep the working area clean during the entirety of the project. I would definitely hire this company for any future improvements to our home. Thanks guys!

The whole project took one week to complete. The crew did a great job and cleaned up each day before they left the site.

Went well ; considering quote competitiveness for remaining work.

Mr. Duin took picures of before and after so I could monitor the work. He fouind matching cement tiles (which are no longer being manufactuired) and he cleaned up the area when he was finished. He was courteous, punctual and knowledgeable.

I got an estimate. It is probably fair, but I just don't have the money right now.
