Once the crew arrived, they began the work as normal and at one point accidentally broke my dining room window. We were told that they would come back to finish the work and fix the window the following day. They returned but never fixed the window.
I was also quoted for gutters for the entire house- but the gutters surrounding a 500 square foot space to the rear of my home was not finished. His excuse for not finishing that portion was because an outdoor light was in the way and he couldn't install them until the light was gone, and that he did not handle electrical work. I took the light down in less than five minutes.
More than three weeks later the gutters were finished but the window was still broken. It stayed that way even after Stacy "Anthony" Heinsaar the owner of Bay Area Gutters returned to do a repair on a leak in the roof and complete the remaining portion of gutters that were needed. He took measurements of the glass to be replaced but never returned, furthermore he failed to return my calls. After the first big rain a large portion of a gutter was overflowing in the center and not draining properly, due to the lack of a proper angle for the water to follow. The window has stayed broken and my $400.00 repair to the roof has begun to leak only after four months. I've only been able to reach Anthony Heinsaar on the phone once, to which he said he could easily fix these problems. He has not returned my calls since.
