MINT CONDITION PAINTING

Jon was there for the start of the project to introduce the crew, and checked in periodically throughout the project.
The crew was super professional, and the crew leader Jaime worked was great about working longer hours to get the job done before move in day.
The attention to detail from these guys was amazing: we did some brightly colored accent walls in the kitchen and bathrooms and the edging and trim were perfecto.
We really appreciated the fast turnaround to get moved into our home on time, and we're really enjoying our new paint colors.

I was referred to this painter by my roofing contractor and read good reviews on Angie's list. I have called twice  bout 5 days apart, left my number, just to get an estimate. I have never had the calls returned.

We had a wonderful experience. Painters showed up on time worked hard, finished on time and left the home cleaner than when they started. the walls look brand new. Met John for our walk through to make sure we were satisfied, and we had a few very minor touch ups here and there, and a patch job that we had forgotten to ask for in our garage. He brought the crew back right away to fix our very minor touch ups and our garage that same day.  They were professional, polite, and cheerful. They had some very helpful suggestions. John has been in business in our area for a very long time. he even helped my husband locate a place that sold a kitchen hinge that we needed to replace. We were very happy with all the work they did.

Obtained multiple quotes to paint the exterior trim of our home.  I quizzed all contractors on whether some of my exterior trim was too rotted to paint over.  Most said just patch repair and paint over.  Mint Condition recommended to replace the bad wood which was what I wanted to do.  The other contractors recommended painting the stucco but Mint Condition said it was in good shape and didn't need to be painted.
They showed up each day on time and did what they said they would do.  They project took 5-1/2 days to complete.  When we found some spots that they missed painting they came right out and addressed the issue. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

The company was professional from start to finish.  Jon returned my call promptly and we made an appointment to have him do a walk around so that he could do an estimate.  He told me the brand and quality of the paint he uses and what the process would be for cleaning the exterior and repairing the weather damaged trim.  He took notes and before he left he gave me information about the his licenses and insurance.  He also gave me a list of past customers that I could call.  He emailed the quote promptly. We made our decision and emailed him to set up an appointment to look at colors.  We picked a few similar color combinations and he had the paint company make the large sample so the we could take them outside to hold up to the wall.  It was a nice way to make the final choice.
We told him the final choice, but because I was called out of town I was unable to schedule a time for the work to be done.  After I returned. I emailed him that we would like to have the work done at his earliest possible convienence. He had an opening the very next week because of a change in schedule at another job. So less that week after telling Jon that we were ready, the exterior of our house was repaired and painted.  I don't think it has ever look this good.
The Crew was prompt and worked all day. The repairs look great. The paint on the house is perfect and there is none where is should not be.  They even put the trash cans back in the same order that my wife always keeps them.  Details are obviously very important to them.
Mint Condition Painting was recommeded to me by a friend. I am more than pleased with their work. I highly recommend them to my fellow Angie's list members.  I plan to have them back when we get  ready to paint the interior.

Oustanding! We hired Mint Condition to paint the entire interior of our 2-story, 3 bed/2.5 bath house. I interviewed probably a dozen painting contractors in my area and John Green and his son with Mint Condition stood out from the very beginning for their flexibility, professionalism and experience. John Jr. even came over on a Saturday to talk colors with me and my wife. We picked the type of paint we wanted, opting for a zero VOC paint. He had no problems with this and put no limits on the number of colors or finishes we wanted. He gave great suggestions on possible colors and combinations, and even suggested doing a focal wall of a different color in our bedroom; which I love. 
We scheduled the work for that Monday. John Jr. personally showed up with his crew of 3 promptly Monday morning. The painters are highly skilled, friendly, and professional. They made beautiful lines. The painting took 4 days, but at the end of each day the work areas were clean and neat. John Jr., would come over each morning to check up on the work and make sure we were happy. All through the process he was willing to make changes if we wanted. The paint looks great and the colors turned out fantastic. Thank you John for the guidance. At the end he came over and did a final walkthrough making sure we were satisfied before taking final payment. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were honest and they were here when they said they would be here. They did everything that they said they would do. Whenever I needed to change some thing, they were helpful about that. We are going to be using them to do the outside of the house next.

Our real estate agent recommend their services. I thought they were very good. They were great for prepping the area. The work was very clean and neat. There were no signs of any paint on the carpet. We are very happy with their services.
