My rear bumper was loose, and I wanted a functional repair that was low cost. Other shops said they'd have to take off the whole bumper to access the damage or put the car up on the lift. That was going to be costly and time-consuming. West Works looked at the bumper and quickly came up with a simple solution to stabilize the bumper since they've done this kind of repair before. They were able to find a mechanic to do the repair right away while I waited, and the price was lower than I expected. I'm very pleased with their simple, straight-forward way of repairing things and the speed at which they were able to do it.

After two small accidents, I took my car to West Work's which is a recommended repair shop listed under my insurance. They were terrific. I had to pay the deductible twice, because I had two separate accidents. I will get one and a half of those back. I spent $300 above the cost and had them repair a couple of small things not connected with the accidents. The balance is billed straight to my insurance. If you need a rental, they will call the Enterprise near the shop and have them pick you up.They were very professional and friendly. The job they did was fabulous, and my eight year old car looks new. You can't tell where the paint is different or where the dents were.I highly recommend Randy and Steve for any auto repairs.
