I took the car to Richardson Auto Body on 3.14.16, Mon, and the care was repaired by 3.17.16, Thurs. The job was so well done that I could not tell that the car had been damaged. The shop also vacuumed the inside of the car as a courtesy. The job was done within the estimated time quoted.

Everything went perfectly. I was not only 100% satisfied, I was 200% satisfied. Having had a previous great experience here, I didn't even consider another shop. Professionalism counts for so much with me, and Richardson Auto Body delivers on every point. Terrific corteous, friendly staff, clean shop, I'm sure the prices are competitive, but I don't need to shop around for a "deal", I know I'm getting the best here. My car was detailed by the guys!! Looks like new (it's 10 years old). Frank and the staff are my guys of choice.

I had dented my brand new car on trash cans in my driveway. I took the car in for an estimate and was told $1,500 to $2,000 which I would have to put in an insurance claim. Frank who helped me, gave me an alternative. He called in someone who removes dents. Since the paint wasn't broken, I opted for this. He quoted me $325.00 to $350.00. I took the car in at 8:00 am and they gave me a ride home. I was picked up at 2:00. My car was washed and the dent was nowhere to be seen. Even though I hope I won't need their services again, I would highly recommend the.

Fully professional front office (Frank) and staff. Estimate was thourough, easy to understand, and there were no bad surprises at time of pick-up. Finished work was a pleasure to see - the crew had totally cleaned my car, the work done was perfect. This is a large building, again: a professional workplace, nothing spilling out into a parking lot or out in the street. Because my Toyota is 10 years old,, I hesitated about having this bodywork done; I'm very happy I decided to do it, also happy my first Angie's List decision worked out so well.

It went very well. They provided pickup and drop off. I had to go back for something and they fixed it immediately. I was very pleased with their service.

My 2006 Kia Spectra EX was involved in an accident with a Semi on January 6, 2010 and the front end of my car lost :-( I took my car to get several estimates for the repair work. I went to Earl Scheib’s, Maaco, Lupe and Johnny’s, Foothill Auto Body and Richardson’s Auto body. Frank Batista at Richardson’s was the only one to take the time to really get a good look at my car (although it took him 45 minutes, he alone managed to get the hood up and really take a look at my engine compartment). Although Earl Scheib’s estimate was the cheapest at $2600, I decided to go with Richardson’s higher quote of $4500 because they wanted to use real Kia parts versus cheaper parts (Maaco’s quote was the highest at $6000). I dropped my car off on Monday, March 1st and the my car was ready by Tuesday, March 9th. Before I took the car in, my front end had been smashed in (although it was drivable) and there was white paint smear on the passenger side of my car (from a previous boo-boo). When I picked up my car, the car looked so good that I swore they had purchased a new Kia Spectra for me and just replaced the license plates. She was so shiny and clean and they even removed the white smear from the side of the car. They also shampooed my seats and carpeting and detailed the car. My car looked absolutely amazing. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would score Richardson’s Auto Body a “20+” for their wonderful service and would highly recommend them to everyone who wants a quality auto body repair shop. Thank you, Frank, and Thank you, Vic, for taking such good care of my car…BIG THUMBS UP!!!!

WHEN WE BROUGHT THE CAR IN TO THE SHOP, RICHARD WAS VERY ACCURATE IN WHEN HE WOULD BE FINISHED WITH THE CAR. RICHARD WAS PROMPT IN RETURNING CALLS.
