Rancho Rain Gutters

Very professional. Nothing negative to say. We just went with another company who was slightly cheaper for more gutter length. He provided evidence of insurance etc which was nice and said his workers are all documented. I would suggest going ahead and picking colors if the customer is willing so that it is easy to schedule once they homeowners decide which company to use.

Showed up on time, had the right materials, installed professionally, and at the quoted price.

They were a little high in price but they did a good job.

Rancho Rain Gutters were good, across the board. They were excellent. They were on time, did the job and gave great support while they were doing the job. They answered my questions. Their people are very, very easy to work with.

It went very well and I have not had any problems with what they did so far. My wife was happy with what they did. They were there and did the work. We have not had a rainstorm yet. It does not rattle. They showed up when they said they would and they were on time. My wife did not have any problem interfacing with them.

The owner came and gave a thorough estimate.  He was very polite and courteous, never tried to pressure us.  He explained in detail how things would be and how he would work around a problem area.  He encouraged us to wait before moving on to phase 2 of our project (rain tanks) and see how we liked everything.  It was an expensive project but we were much happier with the water movement around the house during the rainy season.

They did a great job. They came out when they said they were going to and did a beautiful job. I am very happy and satisfied. I would use them again.

Their quote was just over the top. We think they do very good work, but to have the gutters cleaned they wanted too much money. We used them at our personal residence a year and a half ago and at an apartment building 4 or 5 years ago. We were very happy with their work and that's why we had them give us an estimate, but we decided that when we just need the gutters cleaned out it's better to call somebody else.

Could not have asked for better service in any way. Appears to be high-quality materials and workmanship so far.

I had to reschedule the appointment but the staff was able to give me the date and time I needed.  The team arrived promptly.  The work was done professionally and they cleaned up all debris.  I was very pleased with their work.

I called multiple companies from Angie's List for estimate. This company reply the fastest (I love that). They were very prompt when they came out to give me an estimate. They are also very flexible. I told them that no one will be home on the day of the installation. They told me that they will get the work done and I can pay them the next business day after I have a chance to inspect the work. The gutter looks great. Have not yet rain yet in LA so Im still waiting to see how it holds up. But from what I can see, they did a great job.
One of the reason I choose this company is that they also have a roofing company that can do the roof repair I needed. I did both work together and they give me a great deal!

They gave me a whole schematic of what work needed to be done, what needed to be cleaned out, and the large giant big job they could do if we wanted fuller maintenance.  I just needed the one area repaired, and they were very willing to do that.  Rancho Rain Gutters did a wonderful job, and were very efficient.  Their prices were reasonable, and they seemed very professional. They took the time to know what our needs were.  They got back to me very quickly.  Oh yes, I would use them again.

I had a great experience with Rancho, that is why I had them return to finish putting gutters around the rest of my house after they had came out once to do the front.

Workers arrived at the date and time specified. The work was done quickly and without mishap. They cleaned up afterward and left with no problems.

I had two rain barrels installed a year ago.  Everything worked fine and then the pump stopped working.  I called Rancho Rain Gutters and Ron came out and replaced the pump.  He indicated that he would cover the cost of a new pump, but I didn't feel comfortable with this (because I think I had had the pump for just over a year), so we agreed I would pay half.  He reluctantly accepted this, however I have not yet been billed. Ron and this company obviously take pride in their work and appreciate the value of customer satisfaction.  I highly recommend Ranch Rain Gutters.  (Additionally, the gutters I had installed 18 months ago are great!)

.Work was done in a very quickly and in a professional manner. My wife asked lead man if they would install a rain chain for her. This was not discussed during the discussion for a quote. The leadman/foreman was very courteous and friendly. He assisted my wife in determining a good location and he and his staff installed the rain chain for her. Well done gentlemen. It's the little things like this that takes a company to the next level above the rest. I highly recommend Rancho Rain Gutters for your rain gutter needs.

Very well, done by the estimated time

Mike was highly recommended to us, and came to give us an estimate.  The estimate included several options for different approaches to the job.  The actual estimate was very clear and concise, and we made our decision based on what we felt was necessary.  The service appointment was scheduled, and we were given a call when the workers were enroute to our home.  Because of an emergency, I was quickly notified that we would have to postpone, and a new date (the next day) was set.  The workers arrived very punctually, and spent the entire day completing the job.  They worked very diligently, and we are hopeful that the work performed will be helpful when the rains begin.  I will follow up with additional information, if necessary, when that happens.  This is a quality company, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them or refer them again.  February 15, 2012 update...  After 2 days of strong rains, the new gutters are doing their job well.  Glad to know that the job was well done!

Last winter's rains really pushed the few existing gutters of our house to their limits. Called Rancho Rain Gutters to see what can be done with the existing gutters and how much will it be to install new ones. Ron came over, listened to all my problems and concerns and gave his professional opinion. There was one side of the house that was especially tricky but Ron was able to provide great suggestions. We received an estimate that I think is fair and was within our budget and they even had matching gutter colors for our house paint. The work took less than a day and looks really great, sturdy and good quality (we will see for sure the next heavy rain). I am not a contractor so I can't tell much else but this company was recommended by family who are indeed contractors and thus far we are very happy with their work.

I was generally happy with the experience. Ron was very professional. He showed up on time to provide a quote, explained the work thoroughly, and I thought the price was very reasonable. It did take longer than I had hoped to have the job as a whole completed and I had to make several phone calls to remind them that the job was not finished. Once Ron found out about this problem, he followed up promptly and the work was completed.

Ron arrived on time to bid the small job and he took plenty of time to explain his plan. Since I needed roof work, Ron suggested doing that first. Rancho Rain Gutters is associated with T&G Roofing. I hired T&G for the roof work and two Rancho employees came a week after the roof work was done. The new gutters look good.

They were very business like. He was there on time. They removed all the old gutters and didn't leave any type of mess. They were great. They were dressed professionally and were extremely polite.

Mike came to our house on time to do an estimate. The price was a bit on the high side, but it included splash guard as the gutter could not be installed close to the tile roof. The splash guard would prevent runoff to overshoot the gutter. The crew could make to our house as scheduled but called to let us know. The office rescheduled us for a couple of days later. The gutter was installed as scheduled. The cleanup was not as well as we expected.
