Called him - made an appt. - he came within 1 week of call.   Arrived on time with an assistant.  Took blinds out of house to his truck parked in the street.   Took an hour to clean 2 sets of silhouette blinds.   Easy process for the homeowner since we are in a gated community.   Liked him bringing his equipment with him, taking care of the work in a short time and not having to send the blinds to a workshop.
