Everyone behaved nicely and professionally. Have had no issues afterwards.

Overall the project was completed as specified.  There were few complications although estimated completion was later than specified.  Living without water for three plus days was an inconvenience but tolerable.  

Each unit was done in three days.  The work crew arrived on time, cleaned up daily, kept us informed of progress and generally did a professional job.  However, the water must be off for the three days, so we had to stay at a friend's house for 2 nights.  Other than that,there was no inconvenience.  The work is priced based on the number of water connectors (e.g., each sink counts as 2, a hot and cold water), and ours cost about $10,000 per unit.  It's cheaper than a re-pipe but not by a whole lot, but it's quicker and no walls have to be torn into. 
One issue that you ought to consider is whether you want any modifications to your plumbing, e.g. adding a bathroom or putting in a second sink in a kitchen or bath.  They should be done first, or by Nu Flow, because breaking into the pipes they've coated voids the warranty.

They did a really great job.

I was very unhappy with their service. They never showed up when they were supposed to, resulting in the work taking twice as long. They were supposed to give me a video tape after the work as proof, and I didn't get that for a month. It ended up being worthless and poor quality as well. They are pretty much the only option for work like this.

They arrived on time, but that is about all that went according to their promise. Their video equipment didn't work, so I never got the images from the camera. They did try to put the camera through the pipe, and got it about halfway before they hit some elbow that they couldn't get past. While they were doing that they kept sending me inside to flush toilets, etc., so I didn't even get to see much of the live video from the camera. I still don't really know what the total condition of my drain is. The grumpy technician would only answer questions in monosyllables, and acted like he didn't care whether I saw anything or not. (He also trampled all over the shrubbery like it wasn't even there -- he took no care at all about my property.) Then the young sales guy collected my $280 and gave me a price for relining the half of the pipe that the camera went through (even though from the brief glimpses I got there appeared to be nothing wrong with it.) I think these guys are total ripoff arti

Nu Flow conducted themselves in a very professional manor, and was courteous. Rather amazing process of connecting hoses to every water outlet and valve. Job was two days late in starting, due to their equipment breakdown on prior job. There were two remaining problems after the three day job, which Nuflow identified themselves, and resolved in the next week. I would recommend Nu Flow based upon their professional proposal and extensive Naval work over two other companies that perform similar services.

VERY EXTENSIVE WORK ON ENTIRE HOUSE. THE CREW WAS PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, POLITE, AND VERY HARD WORKING. EXPLAINED ENTIRE PROCESS, AND KEPT ME INFORMED. CLEANED UP AFTER JOB WAS COMPLETE. THEY WERE ALL VERY AWARE OF MY PETS, AND BELONGINGS. STARTED, AND FINISHED AS QUOTED. RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS, EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH, AND OVER ALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
