Mike's RV and Marine

I took my RV to Mike's RV and Marine service, owned by the same family as RV Pat's. They did some routine maintenance and repair work. The RV carpet had greasy boot prints on it when I picked it up. Neither owner was present. A mechanic gave me a spray bottle of carpet cleaner and told me to clean it myself. I contacted Christine, one of the owners. She offered to pay for a cleaning and told me to get estimates. When I sent in my estimates, she called me and said it should cost half that much. I had been warned by two companies that cheap services using small portable machines would be inadequate to clean the greasy boot prints off the carpet. When I asked what kind of cleaning her estimate represented, she was unwilling to carry on a conversation along that line. She began to accuse me of trying to get my whole RV cleaned at their expense, telling me I?m not the first to try to take advantage of their business. Then she hung up. I'll never patronize either of these businesses again: RV Pat's and Mike's RV and Marine. Their service is substandard and professionalism nonexistent.
