Kaizen Pest Elimination

I didn't know him, but he used to live in our neighborhood and he came to the door one day and told me that he had a pest control company and wanted to know if we would be interested. We didn't have any services at the time and I told him sure. I've been thinking about and I would certainly rather hire someone that was in our homeowners association. That was three or four years ago at least and his price was reasonable and so I started using him. He knows that I'm home all the time, so we never set a firm schedule and it was just kind of when he was in the area because he doesn't live here anymore. I don't know how he operates with anybody else, but if I wasn't home all the time I would want to set something up more definitive than a phone call. If I found any problems after he's gone I call him and he would come right back. It hasn't happened and I have not needed to call him to come back. I have a dog and he's afraid of dogs. He looks at her with terror in his eyes and I have a golden retriever. He gets completely frozen and I have to put her up in the room.
