Juan's General Landscaping

I sat down this morning to research yard clean-up service providers and found Juan's ad in my local Pennysaver.  I chose to call him because he had years of experience and he was insured (that is very important to me as a homeowner).  I left a message, he called me back and said he could meet with me in a couple of hours (this was Sunday).  He arrived when promised and only exhibited a small amount of shock when he saw my yard... seriously, he ended up needing his bigger truck to haul everything away.
We discussed what I wanted done, decided on what he would do (and what should wait for the next stage of the total project).  He told me what he would charge, it was right in line with what I thought I'd be paying, and he said he could start working immediately.  
Juan got rid of two very dense, overgrown lantana bushes and a jasmine vine that had grown over, under, around and through the fences.  He cut other trunks down low and propped up the 25-year old cedar fence so that it once again stood straight and tall. The stumps will be removed when the fences are replaced since they had become one with the fence.  He weed-whacked the open areas and cleaned up and neatened everything.
Juan did everything himself, had all his own tools and equipment, and was a true professional from start to finish.  I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
