A friend who used him recommended them to me. His name is Jays Finesse, he did some work during last year, and he came back once I got more money and finished out this year. He was very professional. He came out, he gave me bids, he measured, and he was very understanding about the fact that I had to wait in order to get money because I was going through a divorce. He kept to his estimate even though it had been almost a year. He was very good. His workers came out, did the work and there were a couple of things that he had to come back and look at and he was right on it right away and had people out finishing things. So he was on top of everything. He was very responsive in calling back and he always answered his phone. If I sent him an email, he responded back, I didn't have to wait for several days. He brought sample tiles and even left it here for a long period of time. He actually does a lot of the tile work himself but because he has gotten larger now, he has other subcontractors he works with and he said to me that he wouldn't think twice about using those people in his own home. The tile work was really great and I had no problems at all with the carpet or laminate. I saw the work he did in my friend's condo and it was beautiful, he actually did that himself.
