As far as the cost, it's been very good that's why I continue to use them. I've been back there to see after it's been done. I have no complaints. You can go back and forth until you get it the way you want like on a design. Sometimes in terms of fencing, and how long it's going to get it done, it takes longer. You plan your budget. We do lump sum. Even if takes them longer, doesn't cost me more. They're just very fair in pricing. Sometimes, you want to move a little quicker. That's my only con and everything else would be a pro. The quality of work has been good. He's responsive like when I can't be there on a kitchen remodelling to go and make a punch list. They care if something has to be fixed. I never had him and just left a thing hanging, which is good. They're very honest.
