Yes, I recommend this pro
They gain a 8% or 10% commission. They're OK. What they could improve on is agent based because everyone is different. I wished that they were a bit more proactive in marketing. I wish they would have been more specific in that area. Besides filling the property they do pretty well at their job. So if you have an issue they respond right away to the customer and they have good contracts.
