+ -1 moreIf I need a plumber; he sends a plumber and they do a good job. If they don’t, he takes care of it. His name is Raul Cordones. He just handled everything so well that I have no problems. He’s been wonderful. The cost is 6 percent of the collected rent and that’s very reasonable. He was recommended by the property manager I had before. That property manager was great. He was leaving the business and he didn’t want to do this anymore. So he recommended Raul. While I was interviewing the other property managers, Raul came immediately when I called. He gave a wonderful representation in my living room with all the information I needed. Everything was right there. He has done everything he said he was going to do. I will use him as long as they are in business.
Description of Work: I used All County Beach Cities Management for property management. They take care of everything for me.
