Jim responded immediately to my request for service and was able to provide service the same day, and arrived on time, as promised. Perfect. Next, he rolled in legit, power routers and had both drains cleared in a little over an hour. Not cheap, but what legitimate plumber is? They give a 90 day warranty. I was very happy with the service and would definitely call them again.
