They did an excellent job. There was no surprise price change; they stuck to the amount they quoted us.

The only problem is the contractors that they recommend to pack. Very expensive and not a one of them were experienced at loading. 80% of our furniture was damaged. We should have just given away all the furniture back east and saved the money of moving it across country. If we use ABF again we will work to find loaders that we can get recommendations on. We would NEVER use any of their, ABF, recommended loaders. This was a very costly move for us because of all the furniture that was damaged. ABF never contacted us to see if we had any problems with the loaders so I assume they did not care.

Things went fine with ABF U-Pack Moving. They were not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Everything arrived on time. We used four pods in total and they brought them to us. Everything was fine. Nothing was broken. We did have a problem but my wife took care of it. They went the extra mile to work it out with us.
