The company is based in California, I believe, since they're on Pacific time, and I live in New York, but they delivered the door to me in two days from the time I placed the order. I first contacted 9Yard by email on the July 4 holiday expecting to hear back on Monday, but I received a response the same day! The 9Yard staffperson really put out an extra effort to make sure I got fast delivery. The other two companies that sell the same door told me it would take four to eight weeks to deliver it, and their quoted price was about $20 more. As an additional courtesy, 9Yard waived the shipping fee, though I suppose shipping would normally be an additional charge.
Description of Work: They sold me a metal bifold door and shipped it to me.
