We are a small Mom and Pop company that services all of Orange County. We provide service on all makes and models. And we offer free no-pressure bids on new equipment. We accept AMEX MC, VISA and offer up to 2 Year Financing on new equipment as well. A little over 14 years ago, a few customers put us on Angie's List. And ever since we've been honored to have consecutively receive the Super Service Award (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. Not only did they find the cause of the problem when the others couldn't and fixed it, they took time to thoroughly explain the problem and offered suggestions. Excellent and fast service. Trish responded within 2 minutes and had Bill come over after his last job the same day. Diagnosed problem and had everything fixed within an hour. He called before he arrived. Most important, Bill is very honest and does not try to up sell you. His prices are great too. No wonder his company is rated five stars.

We just had a new HVAC system installed in our home in Aliso Viejo. The contractor was Cool Air Technologies, Bill McIntosh, (714)863-0626. We were very impressed with the new unit put in the attic and back yard, the workmanship, the professionalism, the quick response time to get our appointment, the testing of the new units before they left, the lessons for us on how to use it, and the complete clean up and hauling every piece of the old unit away when they left. They even installed new air vents/registers in every room and air filters! Very impressive and highly recommended to everyone! [*** Link removed ***]

Perfectly! Bill and his associate arrived when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, left to pick up the required part, and returned with the part and installed it, all without a hitch. I particularly liked the way Bill checked to be sure all the functions of the furnace and air conditioner were working before he finished. This is a top-notch service company!

I just bought a house and the AC unit and furnace were the originals from 1983 and inoperable. I requested a few quotes and Bill came out from Cool Air the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided the most detailed quote. I chose Cool Air because I felt like I knew exactly what I was paying for and would not be surprised with additional costs. I also mentioned wanting a smart thermostat and he made a recommendation. They scheduled me right away and the installation went seamlessly and they even installed my smart thermostat. Bill came by afterwards to walk me through proper maintenance and warranty information. Overall professional service and I was very happy.

Bill McIntosh and Larry came out for a second opinion on my AC repair. They were very professional and completed the needed repair. They were honest in telling me that I would probably need to replace the entire unit sometime soon, but did not push to have it done right now. They replaced only what was necessary, and saved me $800 from what the 1st company was going to charge me! He showed me which filters to purchase and the recommended replacement time frames. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

My elderly dad’s heating went out Christmas night, so after checking Angies List, I called Cool Air Technologies the next morning. I first spoke to Trish who was wonderful and assured me that they would try to get someone out that afternoon. By 2:20, Bill had arrived at my dad’s house, and was calling me back to verify that a new thermostat was needed and installed! Their service was excellent-and I was so grateful for their concern and personal attention in getting the heating fixed in such a timely manner! I will be sure to use them again, and recommend them to others.
