The entire process from ordering, measuring, and installation was completed perfectly and on time. Don did an excellent job in helping us to select and order the best door. Lewis, Joseph, and Dominic did a super job on the installation, and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of the operation and care of the door. We plan to use AVW again, and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to others.

They quoted me around $31,000 before. I was not happy with the way the work turned out. The salesperson said that it would not be an issue to have everything match. The side of my home has a big sliding glass door and I didn't want to replace that either. I just wanted it all to match. They said they only had 2 colors, white and almond, so I chose the one that fit best. Nothing at all looks the same and I did not like the way it was put in. I had to contact the CEO of the company for this situation to barely get resolved. The quality wasn't bad but the way it looks was not great.

These guys did a great job they installed a few windows for us at a affordable price. The crew worked well together never looked like they had any trouble and they cleaned up for themselves as well. Thank you American Vision Windows for the great service.

From our first contact to the installation, the people at American Vision Windows provided exceptional quality, professionalism, and service. Choosing - we went to the Simi Valley showroom to see the choices of windows and coverings. Gonzo was our contact person and he was extremely well-versed in their offerings. He asked good questions and actually listened to our answers. And he made recommendations that made sense. We set up a home visit to order the windows. Ordering - Gonzo came to our house and determined which windows we wanted to replace. He was able to make an appointment that was convenient for us and he arrived on time. He did preliminary measurements and gave us a quote. He offered a no-interest financing plan and we chose that method. He had his iPad and we were able to make the application on the spot. He was friendly and professional. Measuring - Plans were made for a person to come out and make detailed measurements prior to placing the order. He was able to accommodate our schedules and also arrived on time. He was very professional and thorough. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks for the windows to come into the Simi Valley location. And then they would call to make an appointment for installation. Waiting - This is the only small area for improvement. I called after about 5 weeks to get a timeline and gave my information to a receptionist. She transferred me to a person who was not there so I left a message on his voicemail (giving the same information I had just given to the receptionist) to call regarding our order and I did not receive a callback. At the 6 week mark, I called again and, again, gave my information to the receptionist. Before she could transfer me to the other person I told her the last time I called I got voicemail. She apologized and put me on hold and took the initiative to get the proper person on the line who told me the windows had just arrived and we set up an appointment for installation. Again, this is a very small complaint and did not impact the timeline. Installation - The installer was very responsive and worked with us to set up a date for the window installation. Shortly after we set a date, the installer for the blinds called to say he would come in the afternoon of the same day and put up the blinds. Great timing! The window installers came on time with a large crew and the installation was impeccable. They protected our floors and furniture and cleaned up after themselves. The blinds were installed shortly after the windows on the same afternoon. The windows, sliding door, and blinds are glorious and we are so glad they were installed before our El Nino hits! We would not hesitate to recommend American Vision Windows. Great job!

We interviewed three providers for this job...replacing our old windows with Anlin windows..and liked this company the best. They were punctual and did solid work. They were missing one screen on installation day and came back a week later with the correct screen. There were issues with pulling the permit so make sure you understand who will pay for what when pulling permits. I would use them again.

A crew of 2 arrived early and asked permission to start since it was a 90 degree day. I was more than willing to let them get going. In 1 1/2 hours they had the bedroom windows installed and trimmed inside and out. By 11 a.m. they had the kitchen window installed and the sliding glass door installed. A 3rd member of the crew arrived around 10 a.m. and was busy detailing the windows from the inside removing stickers and any smudges and he took over trimming the windows. After lunch they finished the large living room windows and installed the temporary blinds in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The even helped me reinstall the Venetian blinds in my daughter's room. By 3:30p.m. we did a final inspection and they showed me how to open, lock the windows and remove the screens. They vacuumed any dirt, shavings and other debris caused by the installation and left my house cleaner than when they arrived. They asked permission to use the bathrooms and very courteous and I was able to ask them questions etc. and they were always warm and friendly, like having friends do the installation. By four o'clock they were on their way and I was enjoying my beautiful new windows. What a great experience from start to finish from the original sales call and demo to the measurements to the scheduler to the installers to the follow-up call the day after. I can't say enough about their professionalism and customer service. They treated me like I was part of their family and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience from day one has been amazing. Amir greeted us in the parking lot while we sat and waited for them to open and had us come in early. Amir went over every detail of the sliding glass door with the pet door built in. Showed us all our options and explained the whole install process. They came out and measured within a few days again the details of the install was explained to me again. I was given a time frame and the sliding glass door arrived in that time frame. The installers were very polite and again explained every step to me on the install, cleaned up after the install and made sure we were happy with the job. I would Highly recommend American Vision Windows.

Israel and crew showed up on time and commenced installing windows and door. Very courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Israel. Anthony, Miguel and Fred. One window was "dry" fit to how how they would look and function (this most company's dont do.) All friendly and sociable and displayed a good sense of humor. As an inspector I have seen lots of workers of all calibers and this crew is definitely one of the best. A full days project handled perfectly. Attention to detail is much appreciated. No sloppy work here. There was lot of caulking to be done and it was done very carefully and came out good. All of their work is high quality even out in the hot sun. They did have a little problem with the patio door as the existing frame sagged a little, but the problem was resolved and the door came out beautiful. Every thing was reviewed on final inspection and complete as per contract. No defects noted at this time. The cost was more than I had originally wanted to spend, but the results were worth it. Definitely recommend American vision windows. The hype is true. Three gold stars on their report card. OOPS, GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE AWAY A COUPLE OF STARS; AFTER THEY LEFT I FOUND HEAVY DIRT ALL OVER MY FIREPLACE MANTEL, NICK NACKS AND BOOK CASE CAUSED BY THEIR USING GRINDER AND SAWSALL ON STUCCO ABOVE PATIO DOOR. I should have caught this sooner, but after a full day, I was tired.

This is the second time I have used American Vision Windows. Our building decided it was time to replace all windows so I suggested this company. Gene, or salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped make the decision process easier. It took approximately 2 months for the all the windows to be custom ordered. The installer called me to set up the date and time. The scaffolding truck showed up first followed by the window installers. As I have thirty feet ceilings and several large windows. this was not an easy install. They did a great job.. They began at 8:30 and finished at 4:30... I absolutely love my new windows,, What a difference from the original windows of 40 yrs. ago. The only criticism I have is there needs to be better communication between the window company and the scaffolding company. The scaffolding took longer that I would have liked to be removed...

They did such a great job getting the job done in a day of work. The guys cleaned up for themselves and left the windows looking great like a true professional should. Love the way these guys work I would recommend them to anyone who want to replace their windows.

We could not be more satisfied. They were highly professional from start to finish. The salesman came to our home and spent a lot of time walking us through alternatives. (Another company we spoke with sent an installer who did not work for them to take measurements. He was not professional. Then, we had to go to the company's showroom to get advice and a bid from a salesman who had not seen our house.) American Vision was running a special and we got a great price. The installers were regular employees of American Vision. I think that is very important so that they can stay on top of quality control throughout. They were very personable and professional. During the job, they discovered a problem with the framing on a very big window that needed to be fixed. (The original construction was defective.) They gave me a very reasonable price and fixed it the next day. The entire job was flawless. During the final walk through, one of the guys was genuinely proud to show off the results of their work. We are very happy we chose American Vision

They did a great job. I live on a busy street and was mainly interested in making my house quieter. The new windows are great for that. They installed the windows in one day. Other places I got estimates for said they would take 2 days. They understood the particular building codes for my city. (which are very picky) Other places I got estimates for said they could do things that I found out my city does not allow. They were fairly neat and clean. They covered everything to prevent dust problems and put down paper to protect the floors. I did call a couple of times with questions and they didn't return my calls, which was frustrating, but despite that, I am very satisfied with the job they did.

I utilized my skills in purchasing windows and recently a solar system from American Vision Windows & Solar. After extensive research I came to the conclusion that American Vision was the only company that could meet my requirements which were first rate materials and exceptional customer service and integrity. The windows are beautiful and the solar system is now generating 99% of my power requirements. The lead time was reasonable and the installation was very professional. The Laguna Niguel city inspector even commented on what an exceptional job they did. You will not find a better value or service commitment that American Vision Windows & Solar. Extremely pleased with the quality, price, and process. From the sales call to the installation, I was very happy with the entire process. Windows were delivered on schedule and the installation crew was friendly, professional and efficient. This was my first experience with vinyl window replacement and I am quite happy with the results. I would very gladly refer American Vision WIndows to any friend who was interested in vinyl windows. These guys did a wonderful job they looked like real pro's only had to replace a few windows so it wasn't nothing major but at least we know that we can count on these guys to get the job done whenever we need our windows replaced. Again great job and look forward on working with American Vision Windows again.

I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. Please note, I am not an easy person to please (I have done a lot of remodeling and construction in the past and prefer to do it myself, but needed to hire a company for a job this big.) When choosing a window company, I was concerned about using a big company for fear of not getting personal service and possibly getting jacked around on the price and having to deal with a pushy salesman looking for his commission. I reluctantly called American Vision Window, but they had a lot of good reviews and I figured I'd at least get an estimate. Don Adams was the salesman who came out and I was extremely impressed...he had all the correct answers (very knowledgeable) and a very relaxed attitude with no pressure to buy. He has been with the company since it was founded. I had researched vinyl windows and decided the Anlin brand that American Vision carried was the best. The price Don gave me was not the lowest, but it was in the acceptable range and I was willing to pay a little more for a top grade window and competent installation. All the people I had dealings with from American Vision had been with the company for years (they seem to retain their employees, a good sign), and they all spoke very highly of the company and the owners. I felt very comfortable with everyone I had contact with. I watched the installation crews the whole time and they stressed to me that if I had any questions or comments to let them know. The work they did I was very pleased with...as good as I would have done myself. Took two days to install...a 10 man crew the first day, and a 5 man crew the second. And, this was not an easy install...my home is on a hillside and is 3 1/2 stories in the rear. They had to use a 40 foot ladder in the rear and two of those rear windows were 8-9 feet wide and 5 feet tall. Everything was done to code and I felt good that American Vision refused to ignore some codes just to do it the easy way. No regrets...it's been 6-7 months and I am still thrilled with the windows. The house is quieter than before and warmer inside and I have total confidence in the install. Noticeable difference compared to before. I highly recommend American Vision Window...they are the best in my opinion and well worth the price they charge. In this case for sure, you get what you pay for!!

It was an outstanding experience from the salesman to the installation. American Vision was professional, polite, versed on the product, and efficient. The salesperson, Jack, took his time to explain his product, the process, timing and the cost of replacing the side windows on my home. The person that came out to measure the windows took his time and was personable answering any questions that I had. Because my home was built in 1955 it had to be checked for any lead paint. The technician that came out was also very professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and showed me the readings on his equipment. The installation was wonderful. The two installers worked quickly but, efficiently. I was amazed how wonderful the windows looked when the installation was completed. I was shown each window, how it slid, the lock, and the overall workings of the window. The installers cleaned up and left no mess. Beautiful job and I will not hesitate to recommend American Vision when ever I have the opportunity.

Probably the single best "home-improvement" experience I've had yet. Definitely feel like I got a good value for a very good product (chose American Vision after fielding several other estimates). The whole installation team was so punctual, professional, and FAST. It was like watching a well-tuned machine, each person on their very large crew (must have been at least half dozen guys) took over the whole house and had all 19 old windows out and replaced in ONE day. The only remaining work that carried on to a second day was some minor caulking and trim on a couple windows, which was finished in a snap the following morning. I would never have believed such a big job could be executed so perfectly and so FAST...I'm still floored (in a good way!)...a really impressive crew.
