Description of Work: Repaired a leaking drain in upstairs bathroom. They were prompt, did the job and gave advice as to what else needed to be done as this was the first leak we have had. Overall we were pleased with their work.

Description of Work: After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I called All Drains Plumbing and left a message. Within 5 minutes, Les called me back even though it was 7:30 pm. I was concerned about a foul smell coming from our shower in our downstairs bathroom. Les offered to come out tomorrow to check it out, but before hanging up, he asked me a few questions. When he learned that no one uses the shower and I could see that the drain was bone dry when he had me shine a flashlight down, he recommended running the water and pouring some bleach down the drain. He explained that the problem was most likely from non-use. He also told us that if something is wrong with the sewer, the smell will continue to be present and will get worse - if this happens, he will be the one we call to fix the problem. He's betting that it is the simpler issue of non-use, but is ready to assist if it turns out to be something bigger. This is about as honest as you can get, and the response time, especially after normal hours, was superb.
