He was very good. It was very easy for him to come out and make an appointment with him. There was no issue with him being late. He was honest and professional and he cleaned up after he was done. We are definitely going to use him in the future.

They did a very good job. They really worked hard and were excellent.

We had a dripping bathroom faucet and broken shut off valve. Les did all the work himself replacing all the broken parts with no issues. I asked for pricing on a number of jobs around the house, all the prices are competitive and he gave advice on things that did and did not need to be addressed. He also gave prices if he purchased parts or if we did.

Overall, Les does good work, but I would not use him again because I felt I paying over $600 for clearing a drain is too much and not right.
Here is my story:
Day 1: Cleared clog affecting whole home. Everything appeared to be clear.
Day 2: Back-up occurred again and was still a problem in 1/2 of the home. Possibly, there were 2 separate clogs, and only 1 was cleared the first day. Clog was cleared. In addition to paying for both days of drain cleaning, we paid an extra charge for using the camera to view all lines.
Day 3: Back-up returned again in the same 1/2 of home; in the same lines that were cleared just the day before. Drain was cleared again and camera was used again to view the lines.
It seemed that the original clog was never really cleared until this 3rd visit! This is a 50 year old home, so age and cast iron pipes may contribute to the difficulty in clearing the lines. I scored the price as fair since I was disappointed to pay for this third visit since I had already paid to have the lines cleared twice, and also paid to have the drains videoed with the camera in the days prior. When I complained about paying this last time, Les suggested I need to pay him something because he "can't continue to do work for free."

Now, 6 months has passed since I wrote, but did not publish the above review. The above review is accurate, and I am submitting it now since I just had to have a plumber come out again last week. Instead of calling Les and All Drains, I just called Roto-Rooter. They cleared the clog in the main line and inspected the lines with a camera all for $225.

It is excellent.  They say they will show up and they will be late by an hour or two.  I found that to be very typical of that industry so it is no different than anybody else.  If he has an emergency and if it is a big job he will let me know and one day he was coming to put in the toilet and he took off due to an emergency and other guy was doing fine and after a couple of hours I called him up and said, ‘I have a good and bad news for you and the bad news is we are progressing just great and the other bad news is you don’t need to come back’.  I was working with the tile guy and two us were doing fine.  The good news is I was ecstatic about the work.  It is just perfect.

Friendly, reasonable and quick service. No issues.

Two-man team showed up and got the job done as promised.

They worked nice as a team, they were polite, I felt they quoted me a fair price and they were very competent. I would refer them to BOTH my friends AND enemies.

Les did an excellent job fixing the pipe. He was very fast and efficient and he cleaned everything up after he was done. He was professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend him to any neighbors or friends who need work done.

The response to my call was pretty good, especially since he was busy taking care of other business.  He came within a couple of hours and got right to work.  He ran a snake through the main cleanout to clear the drains, as I had multiple areas of backup and slow draining.  He ran a camera through the main line in the front to show me areas of concern.  My only complaint is that I told him as soon as he got there that the cleanout in the kitchen needed to be done.  I have lived here almost 40 years & periodically have a problem with the laundry trap in the garage overflowing, which is the beginning of a general backup.  It happens once a year, every year, so I pretty much know what needs to be done.  He told me it didn't need it, but once he had done the main cleanout & we ran water down the various areas, the drains were not draining right and the laundry was still overflowing.  Once he did the kitchen drain, it was all good.  In all fairness, he is the expert and I am not, but I do usually know the problem since it's one I've dealt with for many years.  In any case, Leslie was courteous and professional and, even though it was more work than he expected, he gave me a discount and did not charge me for the extra cleanout.

This was my first experience using someone from Angie's List. Originally, I had contacted Tom's Plumbing. When Tom realized he would not be available the day I wanted him to come, he recommended Les of All Drains Plumbing. Les was on time, was friendly, got the job done within an hour, left no mess, and charged me a very reasonable rate. I would certainly use him again.

The cold water handle/stem, in my master bath shower would not shut off, (of course this happened at 6pm.) I ended up having to shut off the main water valve.    I left a message on Les's voicemail and he immediately called me back. He was stuck on a big job and wasn't able to come over the next day; however I waited till the following day because I could count on him to do a great job.   Basically, I could have called some other plumbing company and had them do the work, but I really like All Drains Plumbing and they were worth the wait.    I have some other future plumbing projects that I need help with and I will definitely be calling this company back.

The plumber Les, was very pleasant, courteous and professional.  He cares about doing a good job.  He explained  the work he was doing in detail and explained the function of  the parts, etc.  Overall great job and would definitely hire him again.

Was very happy with the overall job/workmanship and would use this company again. Representatives were informative and responsive. The only negative I had was their CLEAN UP after the job was done. When they left and I went out to check I ended up spending 30-45 minutes cleaning up my garage floor from material they left that stuck to the concrete.

This was the second time I called on Les, and I was not disappointed.  I purchased the faucet and toilet separately, and had them ready to go when he got here.  After the faucet install I had to go out and get kitchen sink covers, but that was due to the faucet configuration.  Even though the bill was expensive, he undercharged me on purpose and was honest and upfront the whole time.  That is the reason I'll continue to do business with him, and the reason I don't have any problem subscribing to Angie's List.

Les really saved my bacon. Moved into a new house and found leaky water hookups to the washer when I turned them on. After calling a half dozen plumbers he took the time to listen, analyze a photo, and provide great advice OVER THE PHONE. I will keep him on my short list and definitely call him again.

I was very satisfied with this job.  So much, in fact, that I had him return to repair a water filtration system.  This wasn't a very involved job but he did great work to make sure that the problem was solved.  I will continue to use his services in the future.

Leslie was very quick to respond to my phone call. He's very professional and knowledgeable gave a fair estimate before doing the work.  I plan to use Leslie in the future and strongly recommend his services. He did excellent work you can't go wrong hiring him.

We were quite pleased with the quality of the work done.  It was great that he left a minimum amount of ceiling repair work to be done because he only opened the downstairs ceiling where he needed to work.
Les was very courteous and professional in the way he conducted himself.

The job went as hoped for fast and accurate. I cant think of any dissatisfied areas . Would use again.
