Emil showed up on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. When the replacement part arrived the next day, he installed it. He waited until the refrigerator was going back to operating temperature before leaving. We would use him on any appliance repair and wholeheartedly recommend Emil.

I would make sure that the parts are ordered way ahead of time... We had to wait extra days, into the weekend for our dryer to be operational. Not our guys fault...

I made appointment for refrigerator repair in the morning and Emil made service call that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem ordered the needed part and repaired the refrigerator when the part arrived. I would recommend True Fix for their quality work and prompt service.

Emil did a fine job - I was impressed. He came after 7pm on a weekday to diagnose the problem and came back before 8am on a Saturday, after the needed part came in, to complete the repair. I am very happy with him and his service. I have already recommended him to one of our neighbors.

I have called Emil 2 times, first to repair my oven that would not lite was on time and had no problem fixing the problem, the 2nd time it was the ice maker once again on time and fixed it with no problem and the price was great, such great service.
