I was charged way to much for the work. Plumber never itemized the work nor hourly charges. Charged me $5,350.00 About 15 hours of actual work for 3 days.

This was a very good experience. He came promptly, gave an accurate assessment and did the work quickly. You can hire this plumber with confidence.

He showed up as promised, He proposed a tank cleanup and hit it on the spot, He did not push any unnecessary work and very cordial. I would hire him again and is highly reliable. Thank you Jeff.

I live in Colorado and was needing a water heater replaced for my elderly Mom living in California. If I kept the appointment that was given to my Mom from another company she would have been without hot water for 3 days. Through Home Advisor I was connected with Jeff from Rhino Rooter Plumbing. He took the job late Saturday morning and by the afternoon my Mom had hot water. Jeff was kind, respectful and courteous toward my Mom. When I spoke with her while Jeff was at her home working I could immediately tell that my Mom was comfortable with him being there and really enjoyed having him in and around her home. Herb was very thorough and made recommendations for the replacement of my faucet . He did not pressure me to do any of the work and discussed options. It was very clear he was working to prevent future issues (leaks) and brought the connections to the industry standard so I no longer needed connectors from 1/2 to 3/8 for the water lines. The job was much more difficult than I thought which made the agreed price even more reasonable. A skilled man, a fair price, and a great job (I don't have a web of water lines under my sink and the shut off valves are much more efficient).

Herb is very knowledgeable and work very cleanly. He is very accommodating to make things as easy as possible, I told him what I wanted in a garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet and he made the purchases for me. He made excellent choices. I would hire him again.
