Fixed two shower leaks, installed a new kitchen faucet, and spent a considerable amount of time removing our garbage disposal to get to a screw that had fallen in and jammed the unit. Excellent service. I would definitely call them again.

Very happy with the service I received. Jeff responded right away when I called him. The job was completed the more quickly than I anticipated. He not only did a good job, but gave me good advice to maintain and hopefully prevent, or at least minimize, problems in the future.

Had leak with water heater....called Jeff Edwards who was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable...he was at my house within 20 minutes and had problem fixed shortly thereafter Jeff really knew his stuff and was very honest and straightforward . Overall a very positive experience for a very inconveniently issue. I would highly recommend Jeff Edwards to family friends and will use him for all future plumbing needs.

Jeff explained what was happening in my shower pipes and was able to clear clog so the water drained properly. i would call jeff again if I have another plumbing problem.

Jeff was very prompt in responding to my inquiry, was flexible in his scheduling to accommodate my preferred time, and displayed courtesy and knowledge of his craft. He took the time to talk to me about the value of installing an atmosphere valve to protect the system, then installed at no cost. A very good experience!

JEFF came over 3 times, paid him $50 for an estimate. After 3 trips, my husband politely asked him about the progress. Next thing he was knocking on the door saying he was not comfortable doing the job. On was on his way to get more parts to do the jobI am nohe called again saying he was not comfortable doing the job, so I said ok. In the meantime the work is not done, I paid $50 for an estimate I didn't get and a water heater that is still not stapped in. The $50 was to be applied to the bill. I am a very unhappy customer.

To say the least we were not happy with the service received from Rhino Rooter, service technician Jeff Edwards Lic 989126. On 10/02/16 the Tec arrived I explained there was a slow leak of water from two locations in the ceiling of my garage. Noted to him there is a bathroom directly above where the leak could be coming from. He stated that he wouldn’t have time to start and complete the job on that day. Since the leaking was minor we agreed to turn the water off and on as needed. He explained that he would have to open the ceiling to diagnosis the problem asked how must would it cost to diagnosis he stated $150.00 (since it was a verbal agreement I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt, conceding him as much as $250.00) He returned 10/04/16, removed two sections of ceiling drywall. One approximately 22x29 the other 51x57 he also removed a 100x17 section from the wall revealing as described in his report 1st floor closet flange, closet arm 3 inch section of drain pipe. The leak turned out to be a pinhole leak in a 3ft ½ copper pipe. Which would have been revealed when the 51x57 section of drywall was removed. He attempted to convince my wife who was home for him that not only the pin hole leak needed to be repaired but the flange assembly described above had hair line cracks in them and needed to be replaced. Quoted my wife $4200.00 to do the repairs, there are no hairline cracks visible in the pipe assembly. My neighbor informed me he had his whole unit similar to mine re-piped for $5500. My wife had him stop work stating she needed to consult with me, the homeowners association and insurance company. He then charged my wife $725.00 for the diagnosis which is presently being contested with our credit card company.

It took a while but the situation was not all favorable to change the water-heater very tight area but it's done and we have warm water.
