The Andersen team of Joshua and Pat were remarkable, very clean, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home! They are the best! The door is great, it is exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier with our choice!

One of the windows was incorrect, but they went above and beyond to correct and make it right.

The windows and doors were installed by the Lee/Kim installation crew. They showed up on time, and did all the work within a few hours. They took the time to go over the window operation, showed me the detailed work they had performed, and made sure I was completely satisfied. They left the house spotless. The windows and door look great! I am very please with the entire process. I would recommend Renewal by Andersen, and would use their services again.

It went extremely well. The technicians were punctual, professional and very knowledgeable about their product.

These people sent a salesman to my door and took advantage of people's good nature to obtain our name, address and phone number. The guy was probably on commission and was paid more to coerce us into having yet another sales person come and look at our windows. After a ridiculously long conversation, he called someone who asked us to set up an appointment that would take 60-90 minutes of our time. These are terrible sales tactics. If we needed windows we could contact them. We finally politely asked the salesman for a number we could call if and when we were ready to contact them and he didn't have one. I had a positive opinion of Andersen before but that has changed. These people must be desperate to try these kind of sales tactics.

From first contact to completion, this was an excellent experience. We were kept apprised of the whole process. Plenty of follow-up calls and satisfaction inquiries to ensure we were happy with our product. We are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and quality of work that the whole installation team exhibited. On a scale of 1-10, the whole experience was an 11! Many thanks to Dave, Greg, Amy, Ray, Rafael, Kerwin, Ricardo, Eloy, Jobany, and Jerry for a fantastic job. We still have some more work to do and will definitely use the same team.

Men arrived on time, called 5 minutes before arrival, did the work and were gone. No fuss, no muss, no bother. Looks great!

Just had my new Sliding glass door installed and it is beautiful.  The installation team consisting of Herminio, David, Nahu, Abner and Jose were very pleasant to work with and genuinely interested in making sure I was pleased with the final installation.  They were very professional and careful to keep the stucco in place in the back and did a nice job with the dry wall where patching had to be done.  They even patched an existing hole, that was not part of the installation.  They were careful to contain the dust and cleaned up the work area nicely with extra time spent with me cleaning up the last small items. My only complaint is that I made my decision to purchase the door so it could be installed before Thanksgiving and it was not delivered before then.  The sales rep even called to make sure it would be done.   Despite escalations, they could not deliver.

Excellent Lee's crew was fabulous they came in and replaced over 30 windows in 2 days! Clean, pleasant and hard working!! The only reason they didn't get a 5 was because the tape they used to put down the floor protector pulled up the wood finish ? My floor people say use green tape!!! So hopefully they will in the future!

From the beginning we met Yvonne (salesperson and new friend). She was careful to explain everything carefully. Made suggestions when asked but carefully reminding our options. When sending the person for measurements, Yvonne called back to make sure everything went well.Yvonne called just as the window installers were pulling up. The crew leader Kim came and introduced himself and we went over the entire house while the rest of the crew started prep work. Everybody had their tasks and moved with certainty. As i observed through the house everyone greeted me always polite. They engaged in some small talk with me, but got back to work. Periodically something would come up and the crew member would bring it up to Kim's attention and he in turn would approach me with how I would wish to proceed. We'd discuss the situation and its options. He would give his opinion as well as get the crewman's opinion. Then I'd make a decision and continue along. Not a lot of chattering between them until lunch break. Even lunch break was well organized. In the late afternoon three more new crew members showed up supervised by Lee. They finished a job relatively close by to help with finishing day's work and cleanup. Yvonne followed up with a call. Next morning promptly came when they said they would and mirrored the day before. While Lee and I went and tested each new window and instructions for me on how to properly use them, the rest of the crew moved furniture back and hung up drapery, shutters, and magnets. Cleaned up after themselves so well you wouldn't have known they were here except we have 27 new windows in place. Yvonne followed up with a call.
Can't get better than that.

The salesman Steve and the measurement expert Mike were very personable and professions They knew what they were talking about. The workers: Rafael, Kerwvin, Abner, Isais, and Raul replaced several windows and a gliding glass door. They had to replace about 4 feet of flooring and wooden supports. I was told it would take two full days of work. It took 1 1/2 days. The workers were on time, prepared my home to keep it clean as they worked. They showed me their work as they installed the windows and door. They showed me how to used the windows and take care of them. The workers cleaned up my home before they left.

Best contractor experience I've ever had. Everyone I was in contact with was knowledgeable and punctual for appointments. The Andersen team kept in contact with me throughout the whole project. The installers were very efficient and got the job done in one day. They didn't leave a drop of dirt or debris behind. I am very happy with my new windows; they look great.

We recently had a bay window installed in the kitchen. Finished project was fabulous! Especially impressed with the installation team of Rafael, Kerwin, Matias and Abner. They really made the process easy, showed on time, cleaned up after each day and provided excellent quality work, asking for our input when choices were available. Mike, the measurement technician, provided a clever solution specific to our job which resulted in a finished product that exceeded our expectations. Would absolutely use this company and specifically this team again. Had little need to interface with office personel but when called to confirm installation date, information was efficiently handled by Amy in scheduling.

Very professional company, the crew was very knowledgeable and their attention to detail was refreshing . The job of removing the old windows is very messy but when they were done there wasn't even a trace of debris or trash. The lead installer even noticed that I Haden's finish framing outa back door I installed myself so he finished that for me at no charge and without me even asking! The work men were very polite and efficient in the installation.  I have no problems.  The workman realized that the screen he brought was damaged and immediately reordered a new one.  The new one came but was still not quite right and a third screen was ordered and installed perfectly.

It went smoothly! from the beggining of the order to the end we had a wonderful experience, from the woman who answered the phone to the installation guys.The crew arrived on time and worked thru the day with smiles on their faces which made me very at eased knowing they were happy to install my window. Herminio, Kerwin & Raul were very professional and friendly . They camed prepared with extra equipment and parts in their truck incase they needed something or wanted to go the extra mile to make the window look beautiful. They layed down a sheet of protection tarp over my furniture so now dust or damage would accure. I'd have theses guys over my house for dinner any time.

Couldnt have done a better job. You pay for what you get and it was spendy but its so nice. Prompt, friendly, cleaned up great and hauled away debris.

I'm VERY fussy with my house. Closely inspected all work and was pleasently surprised.
It was of the highest quality including reworking complete door structure, new installation, grouting and all other necessary work.  It definitely qualified for one of my few 100%

For men worked all day to complete the work.  They were highly professional in all respects.

Everything was amazing from first call to finished product. Steve was auch a personable design consultant and left no room for questions!! He answered every anticipated concern. That showed his comittment to what he does. ALWAYS returned texts in a timely manner. Our install team was top notch. Dane, Sophol and Soth were very in tune with the details. THIS IS HUGE FOR ME AND MY PERSONALITY! They were on time and was very respectful that my husband works nights and he was the one at home. All windows were removed/installed with professionalism. This team did not have to be watched, therefore Hubby was able to sit and just close his eyes. When I arrived home after work, I expected a war zone or at least the beginning of a hoarders look ( stuff everywhere).. Well NO WAY, the team was packing up to leave and except for me noticing my very beautiful windows, no one would ever have known what transpired!! Wonderful experience, would recommend, EVEN WITH PRICE !!! Renewal by Andersen windows are WELL WORTH THE INVESTMENT..
First night, I was able to sleep uninterrupted bc I could not hear anything outside !! Came home the next day to a very cool house !! Normally our house is a sauna.. Did not have to turn on any fans!! We are grateful..

The installation process was excellent. The crew was fantastic, friendly and professional. My patio doors were very old and in bad shape. The RnA crew had to rebuild the framework to install the doors. The stucco around the doors had to be opened in order to fit the new doors. The finished doors looks great. The stucco and trim around the new doors looks like an original installation. The installation crew cleaned up after completing the job and hauled away the old doors. The cost was the highest of three bids. However, my patio doors were in such bad shape and needed new door framework for installation, I decided on RnA. They will send a three person crew that can handle carpentry, stucco and trim work.
