LEEDS MATTRESS STORE

At the Glendale store, I ordered the mattress to be delivered one week later. Was told they'd call the night before to tell me the time of delivery. I prepared for the delivery at my home (had to have someone move patio furniture and other large pots, etc so the men would have a direct access to the room.) I received no call from the delivery people the day or night before, so called the store to find out what was going on--was told he'd call me back. No call after an hour so I called the store back. He said, "They still haven't called?". He called me later and said they hadn't called me because the bed wasn't in the warehouse yet. I said, "This is not good customer service.Someone should have called me either way, and at least some word that week to let me know the bed was not going to be available till the next week after it was supposed to be delivered. " So I cancelled my order with Leeds. It wasn't the salesman's fault, but corporate should not be allowed to treat customers that way. We deserve disclosure, honestly and professionalism. Went the next day and purchased the same bed at Sit and Sleep---same price---they delivered the next morning!!!"

I was in the store several times and spoke with Art and Rick. Both of them were extremely patient, and never pressured me. Decided what I wanted and delivery was prompt. Everything went very well. I will emphasize that they never pressured me. The store was immaculate. If I ever need a new mattress again I will not shop around and will just go straight there.

We keep returning to Leeds because they have a knowledgeable staff and a wide selection. Each time I have shopped, I have been looking for a mattress in a different price range. I have always found them to have many choices available. Also, they are good about providing accurate delivery window times. The delivery staff is courteous.
