Their prices were very competitive, the work was good, and I am now enjoying carbon-monoxide free heat in my home. I got a 10 year warranty on parts, 1 year on the labor, and lifetime on the heating exchanger. They also installed a main gas shut off, and hauled away the old heater.

We placed the non-emergency service call after hours, but first thing in the morning we had a polite return call and we were able to set up a convenient time very quickly. The plumber arrived on time. We heard of this company from a friend, and we will use Cornett in the future. Job Description: our washing machine water hook-ups were leaking, even with the water turned off. The bathroom showerhead was squealing everytime the water was turned up to full force. Cornett replaced the washing machine handles and attachments and advised us that it would make more sense to replace the shower head ourselves than have him do it for a fee.

Cornett Plumbing responded promptly for my request for a estimate to fix a leak and arrived punctually for their appointment. It turned out the fix was quite simple, one that I could manage on my own. The Cornett representative was quite pleasant and accepted my apologies for requesting an estimate on what ended up to be a do-it-yourself repair. Several days later an unexpected bill arrived for his visit. I had not been advised by Cornett in advance that they billed for conducting estimates, nor had their representative advised me at the conclusion of his visit that I would be charged. In the end I was able to negotiate a lesser amount with Cornett, but the Cornett phone representative was defensive and terse. I will not use them in the future.

I have the utmost confidence in this provider. Every detail was done with professionalism and personal attention. No problems what so ever.

We have used there services for about 10 years for plumbing, heating, and cooling. They are very responsive. They are honest and have reasonable prices.

My husband had to repair the bathroom floor, due to a leak caused by improper toilet installation by an earlier plumber. When we re-installed the toilet, it leaked and we couldn't see why. We called Cornett Plumbing and asked whether they could send someone out the same day. The operator told me she would have a technician at our house the same afternoon, and would call when he was on the way. She called back in about two hours and the technician arrived shortly after. He showed us why the toilet had leaked and what the previous plumber had done wrong; the wax seal ring was the wrong size. He re-installed the toilet and cleaned up the very slight mess he had made. It took about half an hour. The technician was friendly and nice.

I called Cornett Plumbing at 7:30 a.m. with standing water in the shower and water leaking from the base of the toilet. Dale, who answered the phone, said it sounded like a main sewage line stoppage, and he scheduled a window for service that same day between noon and 3 p.m. The plumber arrived during that window (right after I got a call from the office to let me know that he was en route). He looked at the shower and toilet, and then snaked the line from the clean out access point. The first cable resisted, so then he successfully used a second, larger cable to clear the blockage. The process took about an hour, start to finish. Everything worked fine when the plumber was finished. He did suggest that I contact an independent company that does the camera work so that they can check for further roots, and he left their contact information but didn't try to push me to have any extra work done now. I felt the plumber was efficient and the price fair. An excellent experience.

They were very professional business like, and clean. They offered discounts I didn't know of. The price was fair and I was really pleased.

Initially, the plumber could not come out until 4 days after I called. However, the scheduler said she would try to send someone out sooner. A plumber was available and was sent in 1 day. The plumber cut a 1 square foot hole in the ceiling to access the leak. The plumber found the leak and replaced the leaking section of the pipe within 2 hours. The plumber was polite and the price was reasonable. The only thing that I was not satisfied with is that they do not repair the drywall hole that had to be cut for the repair. This may be common with all plumbing companies. The plumber did refer me to someone who can repair the drywall ceiling.

I have used Cornett for years. They are reliable, and always just take care of the problem. I feel they are fair, never rip me off and the same people come over and over, so they get to know your house and its quirky problems.

IT WAS FINE. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BE CRITICAL OF. I HAD A PROBLEM. THEY CAME OUT AND DIAGNOSED IT AND FIXED IT. IT WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND EVERYTHING GOT DONE.

CORNETT WAS CALLED BECAUSE THE HOT WATER HEATER THAT THEY HAD INSTALLED 9 YEARS 8 MONTHS AGO WAS LEAKING. THE WATER HEATER HAD A 10 YEAR GUARANTEE. THEY CAME OUT TO REPLACE THE WATER HEATER, AND PRORATED THE OLD ONE, GIVING US THE APPROPRIATE DISCOUNT. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, AND COURTEOUS.
