Three men arrived on time. They were friendly and totally professional. I was amazed at the care they took over every item, be it rather expensive paintings to very unexpensive small tables. They explained what they were doing every time I asked, and completed the job in short time. I am so pleased I found them on Angie's list and totally recommend them

THE BEST!! First--on the front end, I changed my moving date so many times because my closing date kept changing--Chris and Jim could not possibly have been more accomodating and understanding, and went above and beyond! On the day of the move, the crew actually showed up EARLY and said they would wait in the van until I was ready. I had the best crew---Hans, Jose, and Mike actually made moving fun! I was apologetic that I did not properly pack a lot of the heavier things, worried about how they were going to get my cumbersome furniture out, and their answer to every concern I had was to smile and say "don't worry about, we'll take care of it." If there was a "Moving Olympics" they would take the gold medal---I have never seen three men work so hard and so fast! This company is fantastic---honest, professional, with a strong work ethic---if I had paid twice what I did I would have still considered it a bargain! And Chris, if anybody wants a personal recommendation you have my permission to give them my number. Thank you, thank you, thank your for making such a stressful event a walk in the park!

They were great. I also received a refund because it did not cost as much as they thought. My piano did get banged up but they fixed for me. Chris is very good to work with and very thorough. I would recommend him.

The movers were prompt and efficient and the move went very smoothly

As everyone knows , moving is very stressful. It was a such a relief to have this company handling our stuff. Careful, nice, patient, and thoroughly professional.

Chris' Moving Men rock! They used a lot of care in packing up our three-bedroom apartment and moving us to the next town over. They were friendly, professional, punctual and really knew what they were doing with packing and moving. They focused on being as efficient as possible, and we ended up saving about 1/3 of what they initially estimated! I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

They arrived early & had to wait for us. When we let them start, they were really quick! They maneuvered large items around tight corners without hitting walls or ceilings - we were amazed. They were so fast, you'd think they were the ones paying the hourly fees. They removed shelves and knobs to protect the furniture. Also, they didn't mind us asking them to rearrange furniture. They were always polite, courteous and professional. Kiki, Adan & Mike were the best!

The company responded quickly to a quote request and offered reasonable competitive rates. The movers showed up on time, loaded, drove the truck and unpacked faster than I was expecting. Perhaps I've been jaded by poor movers in the past, but I was extremely impressed with the overall professionalism, effort and expedience. I'll recommend these movers to anyone.

Fabulous. Initially they sent three men, but as soon as they saw the amount of packing still needed to be completed, they called for three more. The job went smoothly - nothing broken at all, and the cost was about $500 less than we were expecting with the additional crew members.

Crew was on time, professional, hard working and did a fabulous job. No damages and really fast. The best local movers you can ask for. I am not kidding.

Salesman was very thorough and polite. Crew of seven men showed up on time and, lead by KeeKee (driver) they extremely efficiently and quickly shrink wrapped breakables, removed my big screen from the wall, packed clothing into wardrobes that they provided and loaded everything into the truck. All workers were polite and friendly and I could see that they took real care with our things. They delivered and unloaded into our new home and were done early. They set up two beds for us before they left. The entire job came in under the estimate because they were so efficient. I was a mover for Bekins for seven summers in high school and college and I KNOW good movers. These guys are better than anyone I have ever worked with or had work for me. I cannot recomend them more highly.

Very fast, careful and efficient

Kiki and his crew were great! They took as much care with my belongings as if they were their own. We were a little nervous since we had just spent quite a bit of money painting our new home and installing new hardwood floors. They were extremely careful and there are no scratches, bumps or scrapes in sight! I would definitely recommend them.

The 3 guys arrived 30-45 minutes late due to crowded gas pumps. When they arrived, they surveyed the project and promptly began working hard and didn't stop until the truck was unloaded. I was impressed by the polite manner in which they talked to one another and communicated regarding how to move items. They were more than professional and had a sense of humor. They wrapped all my furniture in pads and then with plastic wrap so I was a bit surprised to find that some of my items got damaged. Overall my experience was good, they worked hard and there was no wasting of time.

The experience from start to finish was great. Chris and his team got a couple guys scheduled on pretty short notice and they confirmed ahead of time. Kiki and his partner did the actual moving - they showed up on time, were efficient and worked their tails off for almost 8 hours. At the end we needed to hold onto some of their moving blankets and wardrobe boxes for a few days - Kiki dropped by later to pick them all up. We'd definitely use them again and recommend to others.

A rep from the company came by a few days before they moved our stuff to check out the amount of stuff we had and gave us an estimate on how much it would cost. 4 movers showed up (Warren, Jerry, Lamont, and Eric) on moving day, and they were all very nice and professional. The original estimate was higher than the actual cost, so we paid less than we thought we were going to pay! We would recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them in the future!

I called a with less than a week of notice. They price was competitive but I choose them because they could do the following Sat. move. The two movers where on time (actually early) and very professional. The one that spoke with me gave me a through explanation of how it would go after he took a look around. My friend and I loaded the wardrobes while the movers started taking it down and loading it in the truck. They had to dis-assemble the 10ft desk. It went very fast but was also very enjoyable. The off loading went even quicker with my husband at the home location to help unload. It was very fast and affordable. I can't believe we actually we're considering doing it ourselves. I would definitely recommend and/or use them again.

Not entirely sure yet. All of our belongings are currently in storage and will be shipped in three months to our new home in Colorado.

They arrived on time. Everyone introduced themselves. Hans did a walkthrough with me, never making me feel like any of my requests were out of line. And they immediately got to work. At the other end, they put everything where we asked, even hauling a large armoire to the second floor. They were quick, courteous, and fun even. Would definitely hire them again (I just hope I don't have to any time soon).

I called up and explained the work I needed done. Delight (who answered the phone) was a delight and set up the appointment for that very afternoon. Two men arrived on time. One interacted with me, the homeowner, giving me a booklet on moving and explaining the costs: These were as described by a delightful woman on the phone. The paperwork was filled out and the workers began-- they finished the job easily and without incident within about 15 minutes! They charged me the hourly rate which was less than the original over the phone estimate. Extreme professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency was exhibited at all times. Amazing...

I was remodeling my house, and during the process, I had to move a lot of furniture around. I was also putting in new appliances in the kitchen, so the old appliances had to be taken out and the new ones brought in. I initially started moving things from room to room myself as the remodelers were working, but I realized that was not a good idea. That's when I called Chris's. Two guys came in and everything was moved beautifully. They used blankets and protective covering, they used dollies if things were too heavy, and they did a good job moving things either out of the house or into different rooms, as necessary. Then, I had them come back at the end of the remodeling job to move things back into the house. It took about a week to book things, then they called me the night before to make sure the guys they were sending out were appropriate for the job. For example, I live in a three story house and the move was going to involve heavy lifting, and they made sure to send out people that could handle that kind of work. I thought they were competent and professional, and they really seemed to go that extra step to make things right.

The team showed up on time. They reviewed the move and obstacles, then set about working on the job. They seemed to coordinate well together and were able to problem solve with big items. All were protected and delivered as directed at the location. They did not beg for a tip and I liked that.

Chris' Moving Men is an incredible company! I dealt with Chris personally and he made the drama and trauma of inter-state moving BEARABLE! In fact, he ALMOST made me forget how horrible moving can be. Chris is the ultimate professional and the people that he contracts with are incredible in every way. Special mention goes to Mr. Gary Crews of Savannah, GA. Mr. Crews drove the truck upon which all of my mother's personal belongings were packed. Mr. Crews was responsible for delivering what, in effect, was my mother's entire life from California to Georgia and not one of the dozens ceramic figurines or tchotchkes was broken, cracked or displaced. Everything was wrapped and packed with equal care, from flower food packets, carefully wrapped, to large ceramic floor vases and figurines, wrapped and tightly packed for protection. Chris' Moving Men performed absolutely OUTSTANDING work! If I could give this company a grade/rating higher than "A" I would.
