Century Shower Door

They we punctual in responding to getting a person out to measure and go over the options and pricing. The order was fulfilled quickly, the installer was prompt, clean and professional. 

I needed a new shower door and a guy at Home Depot recommended these folks.  I came home and filled out their online estimate request (it was a weekend and their office was closed).  Several business days passed and I called their office this time.  They took my information and told me "Chad" would be contacting me.  Several more days passed and I called again, this time I was told "Chad" would contact me by the end of the day.  Bottom line, nobody from CSD ever contacted me to discuss my needs or provide an estimate.  
After the second phone call I contacted another vendor who came out the next day, provided a fair estimate, and I should have my new shower door within a week.

Overall this company made it super simple for a working family. They stopped by my work place to go over paper work, stopped by my house to measure and then installed all without any complications. A little more money than I originally wanted to pay, but the convenience was way worth it.

I called Century Shower Door after another contractor proved unresponsive.  We arranged for someone from Century to come out and measure and show samples.  The measurer arrived on time and the ordering process went smoothly.  We were told it were be 10-14 days before the door would be ready to install.  We got a call on day 11 to schedule installation.  Installer arrived on time and did s great job installing.

They were prompt in coming to our home.  Their sales person was very knowledgeable and made suggestions about what might work in our space.  He provided us with an estimate and told us that they would match any other written estimates.  Initially their estimate was about $400 more than the one we received from another shower door company (prompting me to give them a "B" for price--I felt as though the bid could have been lower to begin with.)  Nevertheless, true to their word, they matched the price.  We ended up going with Century due to their professional service and the stability of their company.  The installation was smooth, and the door definitely met our functional and aesthetic needs.  I would highly recommend them again to anyone and I will be sure to call them again in the future.

Excellent service We had perceived a problem with our shower doors and asked Century to come out and remedy the problem.  They came to our home on time and were very professional. They explained that our problem could not be remedied as it was a design flaw and not a problem with the shower doors. We were, of course, prepared to pay for the visit as it required the technicians time and travel. However, Century provided the advice free of charge! We are most grateful for the advice and the generosity and will of course use them the next time we need any glass or mirror work.

We thought our masterbathroom glass shower door needed to be repaced, Chad the service person came out as scheduled, looked it over, said it needed only a minor service (which they don't do), and not replacement. We were very happy with his honesty and business integrity, and would definitely call this company again, as well as refer others to them.

I don’t remember how much I spent on his services.  The salesman was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.  He even told me that he couldn’t help me in what I had to do to get someone who could.  There was nothing that I disliked about him.  I will use him again in the future.

The salesman who came was very pleasant and gave us an estimate. We went to their showroom in Torrence to get a hands on feel of the product. We chose a framed enclosure. The product came in on time and the installation was excellent.

We did some comparing and decided on another Company.

They were great and did a great  job.

They are just really professional and knowledgable about what they are doing. They are punctual. If you have for instance the frameless shower door they came out and replaced it immediately. I got  the clear glass doors and they are really good about explaining to you how to care for them because they are not tempered glass. A friend of mine recommended them to me.  They are a little bit more then others but they are well worth it. Expecially the frameless shower doors because they take a lot of care because  there is no door.

They were really honest because there was some structural issues. Our tile was curved, and had to be straight. He wanted to do it the right way. It took a little bit more time, but I appreciated it. He was honest, and he did the right way instead of just getting it done. I thought they were great. They're honest and they're careful. They made sure I was careful to walk on them. They did such a good job, and they did it right. He ordered the glass right away. When it came in, he installed it. They came when they said they were going to come.

Received a brochure for Century from a bath store and checked them out on Angie's List to find good ratings. We also liked that they were located near us.  Salesman Bob Campbell came to our house May 20th right on time for the appointment we had scheduled. He described the various options available and measured the shower.  Very pleasant, helpful and informative.  Advised it would take 2 to 3 weeks to cut the glass and install. We were happy with what Century offered and impressed with the salesman so got only one bid.  We did not really compare prices but their price was in the range of what we expected.
Exactly 20 days later they came to install at the scheduled time.  Job took 45 minutes and there was no fuss no mess.  Totally satisfied with the experience, would use them again and highly recommend Century.

Our contractor Michael Kram recommended CSD for our glass shower door in our bathroom renovation. The company came on time for the estimate, was quick about the time spent here and asked for our design details for the shower door. The company then was in touch with me about the building and install of the door. They answered all my questions, and were professional in their in person interactions. The door installation was on time and done well. I would definitely recommend them.

Punctual and friendly.

We setup an appointment from the number on Angie's List and Skip came out to our home. He showed us samples of the various materials and photos of custom projects that they had done. We were able to pick the glass, the frame members and the hinges, plus the color of the glass and other materials. Ship went around with us and explained our options as he measured. A few days later we had our proposal which was in line with what Skip told us as well as pricing we had researched online. We ordered the shower doors and were contacted by the installation coordinator to set an install date. That morning the installers and Skip showed up at exactly the time that was scheduled. They installed the doors perfectly. Not even one issue with 5 custom designed doors! The process was totally painless. The doors are beautiful. And.. we now appreciate all the advise that Skip gave us because the doors function perfectly. No water anywhere and the door design is intuitive. I love the whole concept of Angie's list where we get to share the good deeds of companies that perform, and warn people of one's that don't. As far as Skip and Century Shower Door goes – don't hesitate at all – if we ever need shower doors again, we will call Skip!
