update** I did receive a phone call over 1 week later on a Thursday. The excuse "looks like we have the wrong number on file" was just a automatic response for them. Interesting that they got the right number a week later.
"[Member name removed]: We apologize about being unable to reach you. It looks like the number on file is a bad/incorrect number. We would still love the opportunity to offer you a Free Estimate. Can you please call back and ask to speak with one of our managers so we can get this resolved for you? Again, sorry for the confusion and delay."
Once the door was manufactured, they worked with our tenant and got it installed promptly.
Clean, quick, and did a good job.

service and outcome.The shower was is frameless with very sturdy glass that's specially treated. The shower door dries without watermarks. It also looks clean without any maintenance needed.

We settled on a higher cost and agreed to an install date
Installer was here on time and took 90 minutes to install the door

Took measurement and had few forms signed and left.
Two weeks later professional installer came, installed, cleaned, thanked and left!

have called me or put in instructions. Not happy with results either. Aluminum structure around glass in shower had some type of black mold in corners of one pane. Product only spread the black around. Not really clean it up.
"We apologize that the Cleaning Products did not meet your expectations. We have called and emailed you to give you some tips on cleaning your shower door but we have not been able to reach you. Also, all of our cleaning products come with instructions on the labels. Please feel free to call us any time if we can offer any help, 800-824.9350."
