A day of jobs that were done quickly and efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy. Was very polite and happy to explain and show me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed or replaced. Did not arrive on time, however he did ring ahead to let me know he was going to be late.

great. Professional. prompt. I think he's probably not the cheapest plumber around, but he's worth it! He even fixed my jacked up, back gate as he was on his way out.

I was concerned that I had a big problem with water leaking throught the wall. Richard looked into the wall at various possible sources; and found the leak was originating from the shower. He fixed it handily and I feel I was treated fairly. I have more work planned for the future and will not hesitate to call him again!

Richard responded promptly to my call. Answered all my questions and checked everything out thoroughly. He is very detailed oriented and goes the extra mile to make sure his work is perfect. He's not afraid to say he doesn't know something but will research and find the answer. His character is impeccable and his prices are extremely reasonable. The dry wall contractor he recommended not only did an excellent job, but made a perfect suggestion about a problem that others had missed. Richard is a gem and I will use him for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Richard is very methodical and careful to check all of his work. He showed me everything that needed repair and explained what he was going to do. He not only fixed the problem leak but made some suggestions as to making some inexpensive changes under the sink to eliminate additional problems. I appreciated the fact that Richard checked everything out and the few times he suggested some changes there was no high pressure sales. Richard checked the place that had been leaking several times to make sure it was no longer leaking. I felt the cost of repairs was more than fair for what he did and the amount of time he was here. Richard Fortune has taken care of several plumbing problems at various tenant locations over the last several months. His work is excellent, his prices are well below market, and he always gives me an honest appraisal of what needs (and doesn't need) to be done. I strongly recommend him.

I can highly recommend Wildwood Plumbing. The job was done promptly and exactly as quoted and we even got a discount on such a small job. I hope to be using Richard's services for a bathroom upgrade soon, which is his specialty. I would especially recommend Wildwood to anyone in the Conejo Valley. I must have asked 8 of my neighbors and no one could give me a name, so now we have someone local that we can call on.

Richard followed through all plumbing related works during the kitchen remodeling works; from capping gas line and water lines after demolition, correcting gas pipe location for proper connection to the stove, and installing faucets and all appliances. He made sure that the stove fits nicely against the wall.

Richard provided his services from capping water lines and gas line during demolition, changed gas line/outlet/valve to fit the new range, through final installation of faucets and appliances. He made sure all these items were properly set up and installed.

Richard did the jobs diligently, checked and cleaned/ lubricated all the parts before he installed them. He did the works carefully and took the time in ensuring good workmanship and proper installation. He was also concerned about cleanliness and did the works neatly.

Excellent. He called me back within 30 minutes of my voicemail, and showed up in another 20 minutes, as promised. Within minutes he confirmed that I had the water main shut off and opened all the faucets in the house. He confirmed that the valve in question, which I already had half apart, was not serviceable and needed replacement. He had a higher quality valve with him that fit the application. In about 10 minutes he had the old one sweated off and the new one in place. He even took a file to the end of the adapter that he reused so that it would make a nice seal with the flex pipe coupling from the heater. Then while we were waiting for it to cool and test the new fitting, he told me about the Pressure/Temperature relief valve that was missing from my water heater installation, and what needed to be done. When we let the water flow, everything was good, no leaks.
