"Thank you for your review. It is always our goal to provide maintenance people that do very good work at a reasonable price for our clients' property. Owner feedback on this is always considered very carefully. The guarantee lease plan you chose covers risks of eviction, damages, late payments, attorneys fees and some vacancy costs. These features are not available in other plans within the management industry. The owner's investment in our most popular plan is more than a basic non-guarantee management plan. Secure found good tenants who paid their rent on time each month. The property was vacant for two months in the fall of 2011. Maintenance issues were handled quickly without a lot of effort on my part. Since I now live 80 miles from Woodland Hills, this was very important to me.
They handled the financial issues efficiently. Their records was accurate. This was very useful at tax time.
There is one caveat however. Even though I used them for just short of 3 years, the "just short" of 3 years cost me a one month's rent cancellation fee when I decided to sell the house after the renter moved out at the end of Feb 2013. If I had used them to sell the house I would not have been charged the fee. Just be sure you understand the cancellation policy before you sign the lease.
"Thank you Member. It has been Jennine's and my pleasure to help you with the property management of your homes. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you! Sincerely, David Kidd"
