Payless Water Heaters & Plumbing lives up to its name. Comparative quote was almost twice as much. Matthew was prompt, efficient, knowledgable, courteous and pleasant. He completed the work quickly but took the time to explain his work, providing helpful tips for safe use, maintenance and warranty information. Highly recommend!

Tankless Water Heater Installation
I would highly recommended Payless water heaters to anyone. The service was top notch, honest and very professional. Matthew talked to me about a NORITZ tankless heater. He called his boss to work on the price. I was very pleased, I bought it on the spot. He them made some phones calls to get all the items that he needed. Before he did anything, he explained everything to me on how he will install the unit with the pipes and larger gas line. The install was flawless. I was 100% satisfied. His work was very professionally done. I would definitely use him again to do more work. AWESOME COMPANY!

Payless Water Heater company is very honest, professional and really work hard to satisfy my needs. I bought the 75 Gallon BRADFORD WHITE, HydroJet, Eco-MAGNUM water heater with Two HALO ION's 6 and 9. On the same day, Martin my service expect showed up within 4 hours to my house talking to me about my options. He answered all my questions with honesty and the truth. He told me the cost right up front. No bait and switch and he never messed with the price. I am VERY HAPPY with this company and with Martin. Awesome install with no leaks at all. He even reduced my bill. Thanks.

They were extremely over priced and did not install the hot water recirculating pump correctly. It made a high pitched whine and they tried to say it was due to my pipes. I brought in another plumber who said that Payless used the wrong check valve. He fixed it and it works fine.

Beat the price of the competition and installed the same great self cleaning 50 gallon Bradford White self cleaning unit. Had all the needed extra parts to finish the job all at once on a Saturday, they were a bit late but on Saturday it was not big deal. Would still hire again.

Highly professional company! I sumbitted my request for an estimate, and Joseph came out the next day and gave me an estimate, and then the next day (SUNDAY) he installed the water heater. He price matched and provided very fair pricing. He was punctual, professional, polite, and expertly installed the water heater. I am highly satisfied with every aspect of my experience with Payless Water Heaters, and would definitely recommend them.

SHOWED UP READY TO WORK AND REPLACED THE WATER HEATER AND ALL NECESSARY ACCESSORIES IN 2 1/2 HRS. THE ONLY SMALL GLITCH WAS WITH THEIR OFFICE IT TOOK THEM A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO GET MY PERMIT TO ME. ALL AND ALL I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

The first guy who came out to do the estimate was really nice but I also found him to be a little pushy in getting us to "sign up." If we hadn't been ready to hire and had a general idea about the budget I would have really not been happy with the pressure tactics used. (Saying this is a good deal, calling his boss to see what he could offer to make me sign up right away, lowering the original estimate a bit, etc.) A Different person, Danny, who then came out to do the work was excellent. Very friendly, careful, neat, took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had.
