I do want to make a comment that the cost is a little less if you pay cash or by check. I was not informed about this prior to payment but only found out when another customer questioned her bill

Wonderful. The location is a little out of the way, buy other than that they were great.

I have 3 dogs (2 small and 1 medium size) that were in need of a good
grooming. Especially my poodle mix as she is active and gets matted. My
husband dropped them off and about 3 1/2 hours later they were ready to
be picked up! I like to have the works done. They looked wonderful
and were happy. The staff was pleasant and it's a great area to do a
little shopping if you have to wait.

This was my second time taking my yorkie to this groomer, and he seems to be very comfortable there. They do a very good job on the puppy cut, which not everyone can do well. They also trim his nails, and do all the usual. But I love the fact that I can have them clean his teeth, and apply the flea and tick medication--all the things I never seem to get around to.

They have been great about getting him in when I have a last minute need, even though they are always very busy. The also always have him ready on time, if not earlier--and they call me when he is ready, so he doesn't have to stay longer than necessary. I appreciate that. They really seem to care about their animals. I wish dog grooming had not become so expensive in the last few years, but they are competitively priced, and the extra services are quite reasonable too.

Overall we had a very good experience with It's Pawfect. With only 2-days advance notice we were able to get our Saturday appointment. We dropped our two big "puppies" off around 10:30, and picked them up at closing time .We had intended to be back sooner, but hit a significant traffic jam. The folks at It's Pawfect said even if we were a little later than closing they would be there. They were very competent, and friendly towards our very excitable dogs; and didn't have any problem handling them. When we picked them up later, our dogs were happy and looking very good. They seemed to have been treated very well. Even though they are 18-miles from our home, it is highly likely we will be using them again.

Angela and her crew are great. We have been using her service for years for our 5 year old Cocker. She always listens to our grooming requests and always meets our expectations.

Very good -- she looked gorgeous both times I have taken her to them!

Jonelle used to be the manager of the grooming department at PetSmart. She opened up her own business, so she could treat our pets the way she would want her own treated. My dogs are not crazy about staying with strangers, but they love it there! When I pick them up, they are laying on doggie beds, not in a cage, and try to tell us how much they enjoy it there. I could never leave my dogs anywhere else. They leave beautiful, clean, and content. Jonelle is very knowledgeable about their care and is wonderful to discuss dog care with.
