Brian was able to accommodate me and scheduled a last minute service.  Brian and one of his employees, Gabriel came out to do the work.  They were very efficient and worked well together.  They did an excellent job and the windows looked great.  Brian is very experienced in window cleaning,  I don't see any hard water spots on the windows.  He had the right equipment to clean the windows on a 2-story house.  Because his work is very meticulous and methodical, you are going to have great results.  I highly recommend Brian for your window cleaning.

I’ve been using him for a very long time and I’m very happy with him.  He arrives on time, he does the job, and his prices are very fair.  He brings his own equipment and when he leaves, your windows are clean.

I purchased window cleaning service as a gift for my mom for Mother's Day.  I met Brian and Daniel at my mom's condo.  They were on-time, extremely personable and both did an excellant job.  
At one point Brian was going to the outside patio so he could wash the other side of the sliding glass door.  When he opened the very old screendoor he noticed it  had a broken wheel.  Without us asking him Brian took the time to take the screen off the track and  fix the wheel.  That was so thoughtful. He knew it was something we didn't know how to fix so he did it out of the kindness of his heart. He didn't even charge us for us. Thank you Brian!  
We would definitely hire Brian again.

My previous long-time window washer was a no show and when I called Brian he came out 2-days later. Brian and his employee did a fabulous job! He was even able to wash the windows of my zero lot line  home without disturbing my neighbor (this was very important to me). There was also a stubborn water mark left by a/c condensation on one window which Brian was able to remove with his "magic solution". Love my sparkling clean windows. I am now on Brian's quarterly window washing follow-up.

Never received bid, nor e mail saying he could not do job

Brian arrived at my door at exactly the time we scheduled. He inspected my screen door to assess what needed to be done, and he said he would get started right away. He brought all his own equipment, table and tools and tools the screen outside to his truck and replaced the torn screen. When he replaced the door with the newly installed screen, he noticed that the latch was broken, and he replaced that also. The job took less time than he had estimated, and he completed it perfectly. Working with Brian was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend him highly, and without hesitation. He is an excellent professional!!

Can not give a review because he never showed up. He canceled late twice.

He is always on time and is very tidy and meticulous. He does a great job. When he leaves, the windows are sparkling.

I have used Brian's Windows for over 10 years. Brian really cares about his customers and does an excellent job. He is very reliable and courteous.

From start to finish, A+. Responded to our call, came out promptly to quote, asked for dates that were convenient. Told us Tues the 27th. Then called on Thurs the 22, and asked if the 23rd was convenient. We said yes, and he came out at time agreed, again explained how the two different methods he used (for inside and outside) and did a superior job. It was a pleasure to pay him for a job well done!!
Would use him and recommend him over and over again without hesitation.

I highly recommend Brian for both solar panel cleaning and window washing. He is very professional , extremely polite and does a great job.

Brian is extremely accomodating and professional. He was punctual and did not accept payment until the job was completed. In order to complete the job the same day, he even returned later that same afternoon! After contacting three different contractors for the same job, Brian's Window Service was the most punctual and professional. I would highly recommend this service.
