I called and got a lovely woman on the phone who was very helpful. She set up an appoint for about 1 week out; The screen replacement took about 10-15 minutes at the most. Great job!

I called the Screen Bee to get more information after finding them on angieslist.com and talked to a woman who was helpful and informative. They have a flat rate for windows ($28)...which includes measuring, cutting and building the frames, installing them in the windows which also includes any hardware that needs to be put in place. All of our windows are different sizes and had many quirks, as they are all old wood frame windows, some on hinges and some that are double hung. He took care to make sure that all windows had the best fitting screens for the frame size and type and was able to make adjustments as needed. Due to some rain earlier in the day, he was running a bit behind and there was a mis-communication about exactly what time he would arrive. Originally, he said he would make the screens that night and return to install them the next morning. However, when I arrived home from work, he was there putting the screens in - a nice surprise. He was done with the whole job of 15 windows very quickly...less than an hour I think and he walked me around the house to show me each window. We had some old screens that must have fit the windows at one time stacked up behind the garage and he even offered to take them away for us...which was definitely an added bonus. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness and reasonable all-inclusive price. When we feel we need the last 5 windows in the house to have screens, we will definitely be calling the Screen Bee.

They were very punctual in arriving to perform the work and made an excellent suggestion on how to re-screen the patio doors. He had a variety of screening material available and we chose the heavy duty (dog scratching resistant) material. It took about 1.5 hours to complete the job.

The work was performed quickly and care was taken to do it right the first time. They came, thet did the work as requested and then they left.

We called them, made an appointment. They arrived on schedule and completed the portion of the work they could with the material we had received from Arizona. We advised the supplier of the shortage which he rectified. When the balance of the material arrived, We called QueenBee. They came out and finished the job. We have no complaints.

Called them to install screens on a wide range of windows, as well as a french door. They were able to come by pretty quickly, as I recall. The guy was extremely efficient, friendly, took measurements and went out to the truck and made them right there. I was prepared to get screen doors for the french door openning, but he advised, since we never actually used that entrance, that he could just fashion one big screen for the opening - this saved me about $300, and he could do it right away. A year later, all the screens have held up exceptionally well, the french door screen was genius, and it was all done at a price that was pretty great, if you factor in the time it saved, and the energy costs saved because most of the time, with the cross ventilation we now have thanks to these screens, we don't have to turn on the ac. Really an excellent experience, high quality work at a great price, and life is better since they showed up.

I called to have Bruce come out to replace and create new screens for 3 windows. I was able to just leave the information for what I needed replaced at the house since I couldn't be there the day Bruce came out. Bruce gave me a call when he was at the house and noticed that there was a screen missing for a window I had forgotten about. He made screens for all the windows as requested and even helped me straighten out a crawlspace screen without additional charge. I am really impressed with the quality of frames and screens and they look great on the house. I would definitely use them again.

Very professional. Got catalog of screen doors in mail in two days with material cost. Made an appointment to put it in after they got the order. Did the install while I was not there and came back later to my house for the check. Can't be happier. Recommended to three other people.

A very positive experience. When I made the appointment the person I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. On the day of the appointment, the screen guy arrived on time with his mobile screen van. He was friendly and worked diligently, especially because in my old house all the window frames are out of square and so each frame had to be carefully made to fit just right. The company recommended an attractive color for the frames and mesh and they look nice. The price seems quite fair and the mobile service is very convenient.

I called, left a message and received a call back within a couple of hours. Appointment schedule was flexible, and he explained the pricing. On the day of service, they even called to say that they were running a little behind schedule and we made adjustments. Most contractors will never even call but will show up a couple hours latter. The work was completed quickly and at the agreed price.

Glad to find this company. I first found Screen Bee in June, and we have now used them three times. (I'm behind on this report.) We are pleased with the company's responsiveness and quality of work. Their website makes it easy to estimate costs; all jobs w/ prices are listed.

Screen Bee came 4 days after I made the appointment. They were prompt, professional and both Bruce and his wife Lori were a pleasure to deal with. The price for the screen and/or frame is set so you know exactly what the cost will be.

The entire experience was exemplary!! I called and the person on the phone was pleasant and very helpful explaining my options. We decided to replace our screen doors rather than repair them. We called on Thursday and were able to schedule the work for the following Monday! When I forgot to call back with information required to bring the proper parts, the installer called me to confirm, rather than show up with the wrong parts. The installer came early (he called first to confirm it was OK.) and finished the job promptly. He was able to repair the door frame track on one of the doors that was in bad repair for only a minimal additional fee. Our doors now work better than we could have ever hoped, and they look great too. The quality of the material and workmanship is better than the original installation! I highly recommend Screen Bee.

Very well. The company has a straight forward price of $28.00 per window, so I knew how much it would cost ahead of time. I made the appointment four days before. The installer came exactly when scheduled, was friendly, and did a good job with the installation. Exactly what I expected.

Bruce is very professional. We had some confusion on the date he was scheduled to show up, because I had written down the wrong date, but he indicated that he had me on his calendar. He came and did the work and left an invoice for us. He did not worry about needing to be paid up front. This is actually the second time we have used them and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Comes to your house with his trailer so he can cut it right there. Was in and out in 15 minutes. Was right on time and called ahead.
