We had never had our air ducts cleaned as we were told a few years back that the flexible ducts couldn t be cleaned. Dino was very informative over the phone explaining their process and that they could be cleaned. He arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. He kept us informed as he went through the process. Our ducts were very dirty and when he left there was absolutely no mess. We plan to have him come out in the future on a regular basis. I highly recommend Dino and this company.

Dino was great! Arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do. I loved that he took a before and after picture to see the results of his hard work. He went above and beyond to make sure the ducts to the dryer were in place. He also waited to make sure that we were not getting the same error code. When he completed it it, he made sure the heat was getting to the dryer to dry our clothes! He also explained that this was only a temporary solution, but gave us the advice we needed to fix it ourselves. It paid off because our dryer is working great. They are coming back in four months to clean all of the duct work in our house and I have no doubt that they will do an amazing job as well.

The dryer vent was in bad need of cleaning. The vent exited to the roof. He had all the necessary tools for the job. When he was unable to break up the clog through his normal methods, he climbed onto the roof to break the clog up from above then scoped out the vent with a camera. He gave us recommendations on changing our current vent cap and recommendations on its directional placement so wind will not cause problems. I highly recommend this business.

Dino came out and arrived as scheduled. Our dryer vent is long and it was full of lint (the worst he ever saw). Mind you, we clean the filter after every load, but it is a long vent tube to the outside. He took his time and removed all the lint from the vent line to the outside. Dino left everything exceptionally clean. We will be calling to have Dino or one of his techs come out twice a year to make sure vent is clear. I would highly recommend this company!! If I could givenmore than 5 stars, I would.
