Chase was great to work with. He came out quoted the job and it started and finished on time. The workers were professional and cleaned up every evening before leaving for the day. The grass looks amazing and we have gotten many positive comments. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them several times already for other jobs.

Chase was courteous, professional, knows the business and I just had the feeling he's a good guy in general. My wife and I were looking for above-average quality and after learning about the job specifics he made a few recommendations. We decided on the one we liked best and he did not try to steer us to the most expense type. I had 3 other estimates and Chase provided a very competitive quote on the spot, we accepted and installation was set up about 2 weeks later. He assigned a very experienced crew who have done many jobs together and it really showed during the install. They showed up on time and after the crew foreman reviewed everything with me he frequently communicated with the other guys to make sure they were all on the same page. Our job was only 500 sq ft and it was initially estimated to take 2 days but this crew completed the job in 1 day! My wife and I are extremely pleased with this job and highly recommend Scott's Artificial Grass.

Chase was thorough when he presented us with our estimate. We knew exactly what we were getting and how much. He helped us choose the right thickness of turf for our job. His crew arrived right on time, actually early, and worked diligently until finished. The installation of the turf was excellent. They treated our tiny job with the same care as a large job. Their clean up was so good that our driveway and street looked better than when they arrived. I can recommend this business to everyone. You couldn't go wrong. I wish I could give this business and this crew 10 stars.

Chase was excellent explaining the process of installing artificial grass. His quote came in exactly the same amount as the other two quotes I received. What made me chose Scott’s Artificial Grass was the fact they use an infill specific for keeping the smell of pet urine non existent. I like the special permeable bottom of the grass that drains the the pet urine quickly. Chase was easy to get a hold of when I had more questions. Another reason I went with Scott’s was that they were available to do the install within a week. The installers were professional and they were done in a day. Actually more like a half of a day. Chase gave me some other quick tips on keeping the grass looking great and keeping it free of pet odor. The grass is soft , sturdy and real looking.

Chase is absolutely wonderful to work with. From the time he contacted me for an appointment to when he did his final inspection. The crew he has working with him are amazing. Loved everything about our grass installation. Could not be happier!!

They were on time, very professional fixed my water leak in the area they were going to lay turf. Did a super job and had the work completed in about 7 hours. Of course I only had 320 sq ft to cover. I would recommend them and if I put in my turf I will hire them again.

Their customer service was great. They were able to start my project within a week of us getting our HOA approval and completed the work in less than day. The workers showed up on time and their foreman Damion took care to ask us questions regarding how we use our backyard, so they could lay the turf in the proper direction so it looked the best as we entered our backyard. They salesman, Angel and the owner, Chase; both came to the job to check on the workers and the work; and to see if we had any questions. They were able to lay the turf in such a way that there is only one seam; which is invisible. They were able to get such a good yield from the material that we have enough left over for a couple of other projects we are doing in our backyard.

Best value without sacrificing quality. Chase and the crew were all professional. Came in the date the he promised and install the turf and the putting green in one day. Really happy that I hired them out of 3 contractors.
